Lovely Team From Start To Finish
They were a really lovely team from start to finish, from the sales through confirming the works to the team who did the fitting. Everyone was so kind and happy to answer all my questions. Super friendly and honest regarding what works best for the property and what is more cost-effective. Couldn't recommend them more.

Top quality in every aspect.
Fantastic service from first point of contact with Jake in the office, through Paul in sales, Terry who surveyed and through to the highly professional team of three fitters. We are incredibly happy with the service received. These quality wooden sash windows look amazing, are competitively priced, and were fitted with zero fuss and minimal disturbance to the day to day running of the house. They cleaned up after themselves and even took away our nasty ‘70s secondary glazing units! We will be using Sjbsashwindows again next year for a further 7 windows.

Excellent Experience all round
Excellent customer service before and after replacements were installed. Installation easy, stress free and the fitters were very friendly and easy to work with. End result was fabulous, looked like my windows hadn't been replaced, and house was left clean and tidy. Thank you and would highly recommend.

I can't praise this company highly enough. From initial contact to completion, the project was highly organised and efficient. I would like to thank Rob, Michael and Marcel for their excellent work installing five windows for me as well as the calm and diligent way in which they carried out the work. Very good workmanship
Very good workmanship and quality of final product. Painting and finish on all the windows was great. The number of days during the fitting did drag on somewhat -5 in total - where originally we had expected to be done in 4. Overall we were very pleased.

Fantastic product and service
Fantastic product and service, couldn’t rate highly enough. Paul provided an impressive pitch and initial demo of the product - even my dad, a UPVC double glazing manufacturer of >30 years, was impressed with the quality of the product and the details on fitting. On price, the initial quote came in 25% below a comparable company and product. Terry did an excellent job on the specification and replicated the horn design on the existing 120yo windows. CJ and team were painstaking in attention to detail on the fitting and finishing. Some windows genuinely look as though they have always been in our SE London Edwardian terrace - but we already feel the impact of the heat retention and noise reduction. Thank you!

A great long term service
SJB completed our last set of windows having worked with us patiently over 6 years to replace all the windows in our Victorian era property in a conservation area. They were very helpful in all aspects including drawings for planning permissions, meeting conservation area requirements for materials and workmanship, plus their communications and installers were always high quality and easy to deal with.

Fantastic Service
We had 5 wooden sash windows replaced SJB did a fabulous job.
Paul, who came to assess our windows and provide the quote was the reason we ended up going with SJB. Compared to other companies [local and national] he was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough.
Jacek did a great job of fitting them and was tidy, friendly and on time every day - Even though it was snowing!
The windows themselves look absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend.

Impressed with the great work making good after the installation!
I was amazed at how quickly the guys completed the installation and very happy with their workmanship. They made a good job around the window opening as I feared that my walls had loose plaster & it would be a major task.

A thoroughly professional firm
A thoroughly professional firm selling a high end product. Not the cheapest on the market but you certainly get what you pay for. The quote system was extremely thorough so you know exactly what you are getting. The front sashes were of a decorative tombstone design and the replacements are an exact replica of the originals despite being double glazed. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard with any mess cleared up. A quality control visit was made before they were signed off as finished.
