five business days or more passed and they still didn't have time to process my order of two baskets guess I am to small of an account to care about or reply to....
hmmm wonder if the friend i have who is running a huge shipping warehouse's use's this company.... not anymore.... premier handling solutions handled it in one day with great customer service even told me to drive up to warehouse and i would jump the line for small order like this

Our office is closed on weekends, as well as December 24 through 26 and December 31 through January 2 for the Christmas and New Year holidays. With those closures, your request was still within our stated 4 to 6 business day turnaround time, which is noted on our quote request form.
That said, we understand how the delay felt from your side, especially for a small order, and we regret that this was not communicated more clearly. Every order matters to us, regardless of size, and we never want a customer to feel overlooked.

Timely response
I would like to thank you for your quick response and turn around on this. It seems like any more I must chase down salespeople to make a purchase from them. I don't understand why that is, but I greatly appreciate you for your customer service. I have been asking for a quote from a local supplier out of Des Moines. Was told 2 weeks ago that they would be putting a quote together and still have not heard from them. In about 24 hours you had this taken care of. Thank you for making this process easy.
