Great company! Really helpful in helping to decide what to book for my sons birthday party. Everything was very clean, everything was dropped off at the correct time and good communication. I would definitely recommend using this company for bouncy castles. I've just hired them for the second time.

We was recommend SJ Leisure by a friend and was made up with the service provided from start to finish. Excellent communication with lots of information on. The bouncy castle was in immaculate condition. Set up was quick and by 2 friendly staff who explained how to connect to the speaker. The kids loved the disco bouncy castle and it looked fab on the night with the disco lights on. Thank you so much. Will be hiring from you again next year.

This was our third time hiring from SJ Leisure, but the first time hiring for our own garden. I had a few queries so emailed them and they couldn't have been more helpful. We had the option of choosing cash or BACS, which was useful, and got a time slot for the day of arrival, along with a phonecall to let us know how far away they were on the day. Lovely, friendly guys, setup was fast and we were very impressed with the quality, so much so that we've had requests from our youngest to have the same again for her birthday!

I arranged soft play hire for my son's christening in January 2022. SJ Leisure were a pleasure to deal with, the order booking system was clear and easy to use. The soft play set up went very smoothly and there were no issues at all. It made the whole experience very easy and one less thing to worry about on the day.

Brilliant communication beforehand when asking about measurements etc. Booking online was easy. The delivery and collection guys were so lovely, even rang ahead to let us know when to expect them. The castle itself was a 3D monster truck- very impressive. Really pleased with the whole experience - wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you!

Reliable company. Good communication. This is the second time I’ve used them and last yr I needed to ring them to ask a few questions and the person I spoke with was great, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I have used bouncy castle companies before and the communication was poor which is unnerving when you’re trying to organise an event. With this company the emails and communication makes you feel reassured.

We had a first birthday party for our little boy and had SJ’s leisure provide a bouncy castle and slide. The two men who delivered this were so friendly and helpful and the same when picking the inflatables up.

The kids loved the bouncy castle and slide and this made my little boys first birthday. Thanks again SJ’s leisure we will certainly use your services again.

Just hired a bouncy castle from SJ Leisure for the second time this year. It was a last minute decision to hire and SJ were very accommodating. The bouncy castle was delivered on time a put up exactly where I wanted. The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient, they setup and explained how to use the sound system. The Disco bouncy castle was in excellent condition and the lights and sound system were a big hit. Will definitely use SJ again.

Excellent service, received a day earlier than planned so the kids really got to make use of it. The lads were great on drop off and pick up and really friendly. The bouncy castle was brilliant and the slide really made it, such good quality.

Thoroughly recommend these guys. They arrived bang on time, got everything set up. They were very friendly. There was a slight issue with a fan due to the hot weather, so they came straight back and swapped it! Great service, thank you!!! The kids loved the bouncy obstacle course and had great fun on it. Thank you for the great customer service, we will be using you again!

We hired the 9-hole golf course and two inflatable football targets. SJ's Leisure were very prompt with their arrival, setting up way in advance before the children needed access to the activities. All the members of the team were friendly and ensured that whatever was easiest for us, they would accommodate that. The communication whilst organising the hiring of the equipment was great, replied to all emails and ensured we had everything we needed before the day. I would definitely recommend SJ's Leisure and would be more than happy to use the company again for any future bookings for our school (St Helen's based).
