We wanted something different than just a bouncy castle and we chose the large slide. My grandchildren absolutely loved it . The guys came to erect it in the garden and it was safe and secure within minutes. Plenty of choice at SJ’s leisure for something that little bit different.

We needed a bouncy castle for out grandsons birthday party and chose S.J Leisure after a google search for trusted local companies.

We chose the tractor assault course as our grandson is literally obsessed with them. What a fantastic choice it turned out to be.!

It was delivered precisely when promised and the staff had it in place, inflated and secured literally within minutes of arrival.

It kept all of the children (aged 3 to 12) entertained throughout the whole day. It really did take our party to the next level.

I was so impressed with the service they provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic, super reliable and so easy to communicate with. My daughters 8th birthday was a real hit!
We discussed set up and tidy up times to suit me and it was just so easy- won’t use anyone else!

This is the 3rd time we hired the same rainbow disco dome and it’s been brilliant every time! On all 3 occasions. Communication has been second to none, delivery and collection have been as promised and the castles are always in a lovely clean condition. Il continue to use without a doubt- no complaints whatsoever!

Fabulous service from ordering, to deliver, installation and then pick up! Spot on all the way and the bouncy castle itself was amazing!

I misread the booking form and so the bouncy castle arrived later than I had expected but still in time for the party. The gentleman on the mobile phone contact number was incredibly helpful when I realised it would be arriving slightly later than expected and kept me up to date on the whereabouts of the delivery drivers. The drivers were fantastic and set up was very speedy. They also arrived very promptly to collect after the party.
The castle itself was brilliant value and I would not hesitate to book it again.

What an amazing assault course. The men came who were so helpful and polite. Thankyou Danny and John. The kids absolutely loved it, even a couple of the adults too!!
I will certainly be hiring this again next year.

We had a good experience with renting a bouncy castle for our son’s birthday. Castle was good quality and clean, prompt delivery.
The only thing we found upsetting was the fact that kids were not allowed to use face paints. As most kids parties will involve some face painting, this can cause some drama amongst the kids. Water based face paints come off very easily, and I don’t see why they should be a problem. I understand oil based paints and glitter that can permanently stain the castle.
Except for this detail, we had a good experience with them and would be happy to rent again and recommend it to others, even more so if they revisit their facepaint policy.

Large disco castle hired for a jubilee street party - it was fabulous! Good size and the Bluetooth music element really made it, along with the disco lights. Booking very straight forward.

Great company. Do what they say every time. Prompt Drop off and pick up for our church fun day. Pleasure to deal with. Will use again.

Ordered a childrens bouncy castle for the bank holiday. The team were great, bouncy castle clean and worked great. Will be using again. Great communication via email aswell.

We used SJ’s leisure for our sons 3rd birthday and the team were very professional. They rang when they were on their way and on collection. The weather was awful so we kept the bouncy castle overnight and they let us have it for most of the morning so he could play for a few hours.

We always hire our bouncy castles from SJ Leisure as they always offer a friendly and reliable service that is second to none. The quality of their products is always excellent and I would have no reservations what so ever in recommending them to anyone!

This is the second time I’ve used SJ Leisure and certainly not the last!
I ordered the assault course bouncy castle, it arrived at the time we agreed, it was clean, the staff who inflated it were polite and courteous. The collection was equally as good.

I would highly recommend this company, they have a huge variety of choice for parties and brilliant customer service.

Totally ruined by awful customer service.

Great communication before the event with a very helpful man called Ian.
Great service by a young lad who delivered on the day (wish I had got his name)
Totally spoilt by such an aggressive guy called Ste I spoke to when the wrong ball pit was delivered.
Told me half an hour before the party was due to start that they would be packing up the bouncy castle and taking it all away when I questioned why the wrong item had been sent!
No apology or explanation just threats to pack up and take away, not what you want to hear just before your child’s birthday party is about to start!

Just a phone call or an email to let me know something different was going to be delivered was all I expected.
Such a shame as until I spoke to this rude person the rest of the service was great.
A room of 80 guests who all now know which company not to use all because of 1 person

How I wish in this situation I had recorded the phone call
Not once did I ‘demand a refund’ I did ask why I hadn’t received an email or phone call to let me know in advance. The answer I got was no one answers the phone these days so we don’t call. Funny as I had so much email communication, just an email would have sufficed.
The delivery guy offered me £15 off which I accepted, the guy on the phone told me I would not be getting a refund it was take it as it is or have it packed up.
The delivery guy also told me it was ‘weeks ago’ the one I had booked was damaged, not last weekend as you are making out on the review.
Just a call or email in advance would have been all that was required.
Good customer service costs nothing, a shame 1 persons actions ruined the whole booking for us
