Totally ruined by awful customer service.

Great communication before the event with a very helpful man called Ian.
Great service by a young lad who delivered on the day (wish I had got his name)
Totally spoilt by such an aggressive guy called Ste I spoke to when the wrong ball pit was delivered.
Told me half an hour before the party was due to start that they would be packing up the bouncy castle and taking it all away when I questioned why the wrong item had been sent!
No apology or explanation just threats to pack up and take away, not what you want to hear just before your child’s birthday party is about to start!

Just a phone call or an email to let me know something different was going to be delivered was all I expected.
Such a shame as until I spoke to this rude person the rest of the service was great.
A room of 80 guests who all now know which company not to use all because of 1 person

How I wish in this situation I had recorded the phone call
Not once did I ‘demand a refund’ I did ask why I hadn’t received an email or phone call to let me know in advance. The answer I got was no one answers the phone these days so we don’t call. Funny as I had so much email communication, just an email would have sufficed.
The delivery guy offered me £15 off which I accepted, the guy on the phone told me I would not be getting a refund it was take it as it is or have it packed up.
The delivery guy also told me it was ‘weeks ago’ the one I had booked was damaged, not last weekend as you are making out on the review.
Just a call or email in advance would have been all that was required.
Good customer service costs nothing, a shame 1 persons actions ruined the whole booking for us

We hired the unicorn bouncy castle / slide this weekend for our little ones 2nd Birthday. Absolutely top service from start to finish. The delivery and collection guys came exactly when they said they would. The bouncy castle itself was clean and very well maintained. All in all a great experience. This is the first time we have ordered anything like this and there are an awful lot of others out there but I would use you first every time. Thank you.

Highly recommend this service! Reliable and the bouncy castle covered everything, even when it rained and a non slip mat on the floor. My son was made up with the dinosaur bouncy castle. Will defo use again! Thank you 😊

Amazing service from start to finish. Really easy to book online and arrived early on the day of my booking giving my kids lots of bouncing time. Will definitely be booking again.

Recently had a large bouncy castle for a christening and cannot fault the service at all. Guys were very pleasant and communicated well throughout. Castle was very clean also. Would recommend and will use again!

I'd booked an assault course with another company for my sons birthday and all the family children. They were all super excited...but the company let me down and didn't turn up! I was livid and started frantically ringing round inflatable companies to try and get an assault course last minute so that I didn't have a load of disappointed children on my hands!!
SJ's Leisure were the ONLY company who answered the call and the guy delivered an even better assault course within the hour!! He really saved the day and even let us keep the castle overnight! Kids were over the moon and it was a fantastic day thanks to them! ❤❤❤

Can’t thank S’Js leisure for another great bouncy castle experience. Easy to book lads were great when setting up and packing away. Bouncy castle was immaculate this is the second time we have used this company and would highly recommend. Definitely be using again.

Ordered the peppa pig bouncy castle with slide. The kids had a brill day. They arrived early in the morning and collected after 5 so the kids got a whole day of playing. The drivers were courteous and polite. Will be using again xx

Had a unicorn castle with slide this weekend spotlessly clean and looked brand new.
Great fun for the grandchildren.
This was the second time I’ve used sj leisure and will be using them again and would highly recommend them.
Very friendly but professional team would in these unfortunate time wore face mask as the time even though outside.

I have used SJ Leisure twice for both of my daughters birthday parties and their service is great! The bouncy obstacle course is a big hit and has been the highlight of their birthdays. The men who come to set up are lovely and efficient. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them!

We recently hired a bouncy castle for our little boys birthday. We had an absolute blast.
Safety was very important to the team so we ended up needing to move days due to bad weather but that’s part of hiring it in March and would rather know everyone was safe!
We’ve already talked about hiring again in summer. The bouncy castle was clean and the team followed all the social distancing rules.
Thanks for creating a memorable 2nd lockdown birthday for our little boy!

Avoid!! Unprofessional no communication and lack of any compassion. Ordered bouncy castle to be delivered between 1:30 and 2 for my daughters 10th birthday. Hadn’t arrived by 2:15. Gave a call to chase up to be told bouncy castle wasn’t being delivered due to high winds. Husbands a roofer and had worked in these so called high winds all day. No call to tell me this wasn’t being delivered and was spoken to by the rudest most obnoxious male ever. Being told aggressively that this was my own fault as I hadn’t checked the the website properly and I should know about wind speeds!! An early phone call could have given me more time for a plan B but they have no consideration for anyone but themselves. Luckily enough a more local reliable firm jumped right in and delivered within the hour (also cheaper) in these high winds. Complete joke and caused myself major upset. Thankfully my 10 year old knew nothing of the problem.

We hired a bouncy castle for my daughters birthday and the standard and service was excellent. When they arrived they sprayed the bouncy castle with a viricidal spray which was very reassuring, although it had been cleaned and in quarantine before it was delivered. We have used SJ leisure a couple of times and we will definitely be hiring from them again. My children loved it!
