We booked a castle with this firm. It was to be delivered for 11am. At 10 past 11 we rang them to check what time they would be coming and were told quite abruptly "we are not!" We told them we had a child here upset waiting for his Birthday bouncy castle. The reply was the winds are too strong. Which was fair enough but they could have let us know. When I said we had an upset child and if they had let us know we could have arranged something else, they relied "well he would have still been upset if we had rung at 9.30!"
Fortunately I rang Bounce a lot and they brought us one out. Thanks to Bounce a lot we we had a fantastic day. It's bad enough that kids are having birthdays in lockdown but to be let down and them not even to have the decency to let us know. I think your customer service needs a serious review!!!

With covid restricting what we can do for
My sons birthday. At late notice I messaged the company to receive
A swift message saying yes they could help me out and get me a castle the next day.

Unfortunately after They had cleaned and loaded the castle onto a van ready to come we had a family covid scare and had to cancel. This wasn’t a problem, after re arranging our castle arrived, clean and included extras such as disco lights and music which made the kids extra happy. We where shown how to use everything and the castle was set up safely and securely. Fantastic day for the kiddies thanks to sj I would highly recommend, nothing was too

Very much recommend this company. Friendly, professional service and very easy to deal with. Hired on a windy day and I was impressed by the company's attitude towards safety. We were warned that any windier and it would be unsafe. Even so, the bouncy castle was secured in the ground with extra hooks to ensure that this was safe to use in the conditions. Equipment was clean and good quality.

We had a disco dome from these guys for our daughters 5th birthday... All’s I can say is wow from start to finish, from the initial booking, customer service, updates on delivery etc via email was great, the set up/ time keeping, the guys were so polite and all very covid safe. The disco dome was by far the cleanest inflatable I have ever used and we have had 100s over the years from different companies. I will never use another company again! Thanks guys very happy customer! X

We hired the princess soft play for my daughters first birthday! The babies absolutely loved it. It fitted perfect in our front room. Delivery was so easy and they picked it up the next day. Definitely be booking again!

Excellent service, hired soft play during lockdown. Set up was so professional no contact at all and all the equipment was cleaned before and after use. Would definitely recommend!

We hired a soft play set for our Daughters birthday. The service provided was fantastic. Doorstep drop off and pick up and the set had been cleaned down before arrival. Great set at a reasonable price which was a huge hit and kept our Daughter entertained for hours. I would highly recommend.

We have hired from these guys a few times - indoor soft play and bouncy castle. Could not rate them high enough brilliant customer services good prices and fab equipment that the kids absolutely love . Everything spotlessly clean and covid safe delivery and pick up!

Really wanted to cheer the kids up In lockdown for half term so found sjs on google hired the mini indoor castle for the day after
It came in the morning and was immaculate really friendly and the kids where made up with it
Defo worth the money and it was really easy to put up and down

We hired the mini indoor bouncy castle for my sons birthday and it was perfect. We don’t have a large house, but we fit it in the living room no problem, and it took seconds to inflate / deflate. The whole process was so simple and my both my boys (3 & 1) LOVED it - hours and hours of fun!

It was immaculately clean on arrival and the team couldn’t have been more helpful on delivery / pickup.

Have recommended the company to my friends and would certainly use again.

Absolutely brilliant. Ordered less than 24 hours before for my little boys birthday and the company delivered next morning taking safety precautions and arranged arranged a great rate for me to keep the products for the weekend. They also changed the products a few hours in due to one of the items being too loud for my little boy. I would no doubt be using this company again. Genuine and professional

Excellent professional service from SJ Leisure. We have hired a bouncy castle twice this year and each time the service from SJ Leisure has been great. Delivery has always been on time, staff are very friendly and the bouncy castles are have been in really good condition . My little boy enjoyed hours of fun in the garden. I would recommend this company to others.
