Speedy service, honest valuation in my opinion

June introduced herself and the company to me over the phone. She explained everything very clearly and comprehensively.
The envelope arrived as stated and I sent off my items as directed.
The very next day I had a call from SJMK and I was given a figure. I accepted the figure and the money was in my bank account within 2 hours.

The company was legit as I was sceptical .
The staff I spoke with were all polite and upbeat.
I sent the jewelery in a secure envelope they sent to me special delivery. And within 24hrs I received a call telling me how much it was worth and within 10 minutes the money was in my account. Quite surprised with how simple the process was. I just wish I had more silver and gold to trade in for cash!

Constant, uninvited (I'd never heard of them before they started) nuisance phone calls. Absolute disgrace!

I am fed up with their unsolicited calls! You can neither successfully block them, as they have multiple numbers. If you are looking into selling jewellery or any precious metal, you should get in contact with a minimum of three companies before making a decision, instead of blindly relying on the random one calling you.

Absolute robbery - sent my bits to be valued - got a call - refused offer - they have sent back the bits that they didnt want and kept the bits they wanted - basically stolen my items - spent ages yesterday on a call, chasing again today been on hold for ages - then they cut you off - nobody wants to talk to me !!!!!! - STEER CLEAR !!!!

From the beginning, Lynne who I initially spoke to was friendly, professional and not at all pushy. Explained how everything worked and process was smooth from start to end. What was kicking around a drawer was turned into cash in an instant.

Genuinely an excellent experience. I was worried about doing this but we had a very acceptable quote and the money was in my account before 5 pm. I could not fault this company and very nice people to deal with. We will use them again.

The company did as they advised , but I think I received a lot less than I was told they were giving for gold

I was contacted by this company by phone. I’m always a bit sceptical about these sort of phone calls but I looked at the reviews on this site and could see that people had good experiences, so I decided to go ahead as I had some jewellery that I no longer used.
The whole process was straightforward and all the steps were explained clearly by Sam. My envelope arrived and I returned it as per instructions. I got a phone call a couple of days later and was surprised and delighted to be given an offer of £165, which I was told would be in my bank account by that afternoon!
Sure enough I had notification via my banking app, that the money had arrived in the account

Be careful with this company When they send envelopes out if you don’t use it they will try and charge you £18 Not very professional
