I cannot say enough good things about SJ Mortgages. Jack was recommended to me by friends who have also used SJ Mortgages for a complicated renovation project. Jack answered all my questions about my remortgage (of which there were many). He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I highly recommend SJ Mortgages, and I would not use another mortgage broker.

I've been using SJ mortgages for the last few years and have dealt with both Jack and Scot.
Both are extremely professional, personal and most importantly are able to offer great products.

I most recently dealt with Jack who was able to find us a great and affordable product for our house move. He took all the stress away from the mortage application and did all the leg work, answering any question in a timely manner.

Jack was exceptional from the very beginning - one of the best customer experiences we have had for a very long time, We had a challenging set of circumstances and he was with us every step of the way to negotiate and circumvent the various road-blocks. Amazing customer service! Do not hesitate to get in contact with SJ mortgages to help with your mortgage. As a first time buyer, everything was completely new to me and Jack was an amazing helping hand from start to finish. No question was unanswered at any point and I never felt silly for asking anything! Being a teacher, my hours to communicate with Jack were limited, but he was always there to squeeze in a quick 10 mins call between a lesson if I needed to ask something! Excellent communication throughout the process, I could not recommend enough. I will be returning to this company again without a doubt! He made what was an extremely stressful process completely manageable. First time buyers, if you are reading this, do not go anywhere else for your mortgage, you will not be disappointed. I am situated in Wales, so all communication was handled easily via email/phone.

If I could give Scott more than 5 stars, I would! 2 years ago I tried to get a mortgage, but really struggled and ultimately failed.
Scott worked so hard to help me, was always communicative, and would always be contactable either at the end of the phone or email. As well as this, Scott was super personable and great to talk to.
We managed to get everything together and apply for a mortgage really quickly, and 3 business days later I had a mortgage offer!
I can’t thank Scott enough, he really went above and beyond for me and I’ll be recommending him to everyone in the future.
