Unfortunately, this is not something we decide. This happens because the return package is sent from Norway - Denmark, from a non-EU country to an EU country. Therefore, the package is stopped, and will go through processing of customs and VAT etc. So even though I would like for the packages to arrive within a few days, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. This is up to the shipping companies, and sometimes they spend a few weeks on it. I understand that it is not the ideal, but that's how it is when sending to an EU country. / Sara
