Dishonest and uncaring company!

Been a long time Sketchers customer via Amazon then via Sketchers website where one can cumulates fidelity points. My last order placed in February never made it to my door. As an handicapped person, I indicate in both my billing and shipping addresses to deliver to my front door and ring at the door which is the least they could do! I live alone and am not close to my neighbors. Anyway, the shipping company of their choice being UPS (the worst one), I never received my order. Sketchers sent me a blurred picture of white boxes on the ground close to a white door (my front door is BLUE!). It could be anyone else's door but certainly not mine. Anyway, Sketchers considers it PROOF! Not my door, no street number, no signature, no picture of me but they now consider that the UPS Truck GPS Coordinates are PROOF! It just gets better and better. No service whatsoever for handicapped people, they take NO responsibility and I have LOST 173$. That is Sketchers for you! I've just closed my account and will find another brand for my shoes :(

Less than 3 months later, all the buckles were rusted. When I wrote to Skechers for an exchange, they told me rusty buckles are NORMAL wear and tear. There is nothing normal about expensive sandals being made with cheap materials. Ii call BS.

You can get your Chinese-made poor quality sandals online for a lot cheaper… and lower expectations. You don’t have to pay Skechers’ prices for cheap shoes.

I bought my new winter boots at West Edmonton Mall

I bought my new winter boots at Sketchers at West Edmonton Mall. I was welcomed by Ayra who assisted me with getting the different boots to try on. She was helpful and knew her products well and helped me make an informed decision which was the best boot for me. She was patient with me and had exemplary customer service. I will continue to shop at my Sketchers and have never been disappointed with their products or their customer service.

Not durable, don’t hold up!

I bought myself a pair of sketchers slip ins last autumn and didn’t wear them very much since in the winter I wore more boots than walking shoes but nevertheless they are already worn through at the so called shoe horn part ! No hard wearing just moderately but these shoes just aren’t durable enough! They don’t hold up!
The material is very thin and for the price you just don’t get anything!
Minus rating if it would be possible which is too bad since they are comfortable and easy to put on!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 pairs of girls shoes and they sent me a pair of men’s size 13. They are the worst for customer service. I’m not well and that’s why I ordered online. Customer service sent me a return label even though I mentioned I don’t have a printer. Then they told me to go find a Staples and print it there. They don’t read your email. They don’t return calls. I even asked my case to go to a manger and they ghosted me. Then they had the nerve to mention that I would only be refunded when they receive the returned merchandise. Then it could take 1-3 weeks. Skechers you did not fulfill your end of the contract which is to deliver me what I ordered. Then you expect to inconvenience me some more to return it. No. You made the error, you find an alternative way to get the shoes. It’s my money which you shouldn’t be keeping because you made an error. I suggest making a complaint at the BBB and contacting your credit card company. I used to buy from them a lot. Now no more. They don’t care so letting them know about this review is useless.

This store does not deserve one star…

This store does not deserve one star rating at all. I bought a Sketchers anti slip shoes on 23 August 2023, and after a month it has an issue with internal sole. I talked with the manager and he told me to contact with the Sketchers helpline number. Even contact with this helpline number, both refused to solve my issue because of not manufacture defect. After few months, I have a problem with external sole; a detachment of sole from the shoes in right leg shoe. I again complain them regarding this issue and they told me visit later because of unavailability of store manager. I have been there for 3 times and after talking with manager, he told me that you bought your shoes on 23 August 2023 and today is September 01, 2024 its been one year and 1 week, we are unable to change the shoes because of out of manufacturer warranty. I talked with the Sketchers helpline number and spent my valuable time with them. The company itself refused to change the pair of Shoes because of 1 week more than warranty period. I think this is more time than warranty period, though it is only one week more. This is the service what we expect from the company and soft moc store itself.

Superior Customer Service

I was lucky to fall on Deepti yesterday at Sketchers Trainyards. She managed to quickly guide me to a section of the store catering to my special combination of shoe needs. (I would honestly have been lost without her). She proceeded to expertly guide me in my choice, going above the call of duty in her research and matter-of-fact assistance.
As a former trainer in customer service, this was superior customer service indeed!

Never use this website again

Never use this website again. I ordered a pair of shoes for my mom on Nov 22. still not receive it today. Initial the UPS tracking number has a delivery estimate date. Also shown they use the same tracking number before. Somebody returned it to California then it was shipped to me with the same tracking number???? Not sure what’s going on. Still didn’t receive it with no estimated time… I wish I had read these reviews before I’ve ever ordered it…

Would give it a zero if I could

Would give it a zero if I could. My shoes have been everywhere but their destination according to the tracking info. No info for the last week either. It shows them being delivered a few times in far away places.

Shockingly poor experience

3 week delivery in 2023 when Amazon will have it to you next day is unacceptable. In addition, the phone number leads to recordings telling you to use the website. You can't speak to anyone. You pay... then pray.

In my case, my order shows as having been delivered last week in Alberta. Just shy of 3 weeks. Within their self imposed delivery estimate. The problem is more the fact that I LIVE IN ONTARIO. Where'd my shoes go???? I cannot contact anyone. Really, I had thought this was a legitimate company and have happily worn their shoes for years.

You have been warned. Buy Skechers if you have them physically in your hand in a store. This web experience is beyond a joke.

I ordered the sandals for my dad and…

I ordered the sandals for my dad and would like to take it with me when I went back to my home country. Weirdly the order from Canada website was shipped from California. And it took a month for it to be finally trackable - and I have already left the country. Now they could not find me so they sent the package to the pickup spot and I had to ask my neighbour to pick it up for me. Don’t really understand why this kind of package needs signature - it is not a luxury good. And I received no email for giving me a heads up for signature required or releasing my signature to my concierge or whatsoever. Endless trouble and I have not seen my package yet.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Skechers.
I placed my order on august 30 and still did not receive the shipping information (on their website it’s written processing time 2-3 business day).
I am disappointed.

Summer will be over by the time I…

Summer will be over by the time I receive these white runners. You cant get anywhere with contacting them on line. Go to the store if you really need these or buy another brand.

Zero Customer Service

I would have given a zero star if possible. The online customer service for Skechers Canada is ATROCIOUS! I had no tracking information or anything for a month, I emailed and called multiple times and when someone would reply it was the same copy and paste message instead of anything helpful, and then they ghosted me.

Eventually I sent an email stating that I would be filing a chargeback from my credit card and that this level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable.

4 days after I sent the email, magically, a tracking number was received and after a very confusing conversation with Canada Post we finally found out where and when the package was being shipped to and would be received.

Everything in the order was either wrong or the quality of the shoe was absolutely awful! I returned everything.

A week after I returned everything, nearly three weeks after my last attempt at reaching customer service, they responded to my claim and stated that they see a tracking number was created and I should receive my order in 5-10 business days. When I emailed back asking why it took them 14 business days to respond to my last email I was once again ghosted.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GOOD TIME!

Skechers sent me garbage shoes and ghosted me

I ended up receiving the shoes after about a month. They are super low quality and don't fit. My last 3 pairs of shoes have been Skechers size 10. They all fit including 2 I currently still wear. Not sure why what Skechers sent me would be different. Also, these Skechers sent me have no chance of surviving if they wore outdoors. Their customer service ghosted me.

Everything was fine

I ordered a pair of shoes from skechers.ca, the only thing was that they shipped with another company not the Canada Post(website says canadapost), they send me a tracking number very late(almost 2-3 weeks aftern my order), but I received the items, the delay of shipping date was only 2 days!! the shipping is happening in 15 BUSINESS DAYS , so be aware to count 15 business days, not calendar days. which I am very fine with this. I returned the one pair (was big) I returned in store! and everything was fine with return!, I kept the one I liked and everything was fine!! I will recommend it and order again if I need something! I believe we should be little patient because once you receive the tracking number you are gonna have the shoes in few days. The delay was to receive the tracking number.
