No customer service at all
I ordered a pair of shoes March 4. Apparently they were delivered to a drop point then returned to the company. I have not gotten a refund two months later. I called them and then emailed them several times. I've done my part.
I've got a chargeback in with my bank which should be processed in July.
Never again.
