Bought a pair of shoes. They are really good. It was easy and fast. Recommended.

Sneakers are very comfortable and light. I put new shoelaces because I like when I can tie shoes tight.

Skechers shop in Intu shopping Center Bromley. The staff were not very helpful we were keen to buy the slip on shoes for my husband. We need help to get the right size specially in the wide range but the staff were interested in helping people who are White and British. I called them 3 for help, they came answered the queries and left. It’s wasn’t the same for white people. They were offering help without asking stayed there to help themout. we felt so unwanted we left the store without buying it. They were RACIST . I don’t understand why? Is my money of different colour? I guess. Staff were One Chinese looking girl- 2nd was a white guy and 3rd was the African looking guy. I am not sure if there are trained to behave like this. I wrote how I felt in that store. I won’t go there again.

First order of 2 items, I was told that 1 item was no longer available. Never mind, I put second order of 2 items and was told that neither is now available. They all were available at time of ordering.
Result: no products....and no refund.
Bad joke.

In response to Skechers remark: I contacted the customer service and their message was appalling and filled with contempt. Not the best attempt. For the refund I had to make my bank intervene to get the money that Skechers was not releasing 10 days later.

I thought it was genuine leather, but it isn't.

I always wear shoes from this company from years because its very comfortable and good quality recently in two years i purchased about 11 pairs of shoes,most of the shoes was very bad quality,i always wear boot because its bigger from the front side and easy to walk,but now sometimes its painful from back side ,uncomfortable walk,painful toe,quick go rotten the cloth part,now one month ago i bought shoes of 100 euro and i always wear this shoes,it was painful from very back when you walk ,i feel like i am walinjg in little stone very back.Its go painful as well.I fed up to spend money,i think they lost another loyal customer .I really really fee shame on this company,where they are going ,they compromise with the quality and losing customers.Not recommended shoes anymore to anyone,horrible experience from 2 yeras

No problem what so ever

The shoes are nice but the quality is very poor. We purchased trainers for my daughter at the Livingston Outlet, the shoes have disintegrated after a few months. When I went back to the store, the manager said these are fashion shoes not fitted for outdoor wear! Maybe they shouldn't sell them in Scotland then.
