Extremely unhappy with customer…
Extremely unhappy with customer service, living in skelleftea and places the order but there is no any customer service number. Given numbers were closed. Email response for sorry, subjected: we can't do anything.
However, I am agreed not to och the order, it will go back and I will return my money.
If you do not live closer to store, forget that there is pyar cm.

Great looking shoe but they run small in this style
Shoes were very nice, very light weight but they run small and were just a little too tight and the next size up was not available. We thought we ordered a size bigger as suggested but they were still tight in the front.

Not met delivery timing as informed
When we ordered the shoes, we are informed that the delivery would take between 2-4 working days maximum however the shoes were only delivered after 6 working days, we would not have bought them otherwise as we needed the kids shies for the weekend and were only available on monday
Between ordering on saturday 27/4 it took in total 9 days before they were delivered...
On another note, we were very satisfied with the clear answer and professional handling form the store however doesnt change the unsatisfaction of waiting too long for bought shoes

Used to love Skechers but quality is dropping and poor customer service
I always have worn Skechers and loved them and found them great quality. I got some boots and they are awful, they stretched so much the first wear so contacted Skechers to say well go to a store and they can see but we won't do anything. I live over 30 miles from a store so can't get there so now have wasted money on boots I can't wear and Skechers won't help. I won't be buying Skechers again sadly after only wearing them for about 10 years I won't support this company after this experience
