2 time my skechers get broken same place
Unfortunately, very dissatisfied this is a second pair of sneakers i bought from skechers and again got broken in period of 2 years at the same place. I have other brands which have had definitely a intense used and they are in perfect conditions. I reached to customer service here and they directed me to the selling partner which is just and intermidiary and cannot be accounted for bad quality of the fabricant.

Best brand
Definitely the best shoe brand put there, I have had them before, and right now have two pairs. I have never been disappointed by them, and I have never heard something bad about them. BEST EVER!

What I'm happiest about with the Skechers I just got is that you offer them in 1/2 sizes. I would probably buy more of your shoes except that they aren't all offered in 1/2 sizes.

I like vapor foem type shoes and will buy more shoes in the future.
When I got my order information and told me cheak here for where your order is.
I did not like that system, it was complicated and did not work properly. Otherwise my order got to me and is unharmd.

Quality poor
Quality of materials has dropped significantly and soles wearing out after only a few months of light use by a slim pensioner.

They lost my return shipment and their customer support answers every few days. If I had not contacted them after two weeks no refund would have been issued.
Update: The return was found and the refund was immediately processed.

I bought a pair of slip-ins in late Jan…
I bought a pair of slip-ins in late Jan 24 but by early July they uppers were separating from the sole. Skechers Sweden were very good and gave me a gift card for the value I paid in Austin, TX (85USD = 914sek) for the shoes. Unfortunately, the same shoes cost 1350sek so it still cost me around 400sek to replace the broken shoes. Again- the Swedish rep was wonderful but the pricing was terrible.
