I got a reply saying they'll make sure in future or word's to that effect

No, apology or offer to pay for the laces or just send me longer laces

Awful customer service

Hi I was in Skechers Blanchardstown shopping centre and I got great assistance from Declan. He helped me to order a pair of sandals online as he didnt have my size in the store. Thanks Declan for your patience and kindness I will definitely be back again to buy more 👏

I took up golf just before the first lockdown in 2020 and was delighted to see Sketchers made golf foot ware. As an older person sketchers are the go to comfort shoe and I have had many a pair of slip on trainers that I have given 5 stars too.

The golf shoes didn’t get worn until the restrictions were lifted back end of last year so we’re in effect brand new. I have worn them less than 30 times to play golf and the ‘leather’ has cracked wide open, chunks have peeled off and the soles are separating from the body. Wish I could attach a photo!

The shoes (waterproof) have been worn in wet conditions but stuffed with newspaper (it’s a generation thing) and dried carefully. They are or should I say were cleaned with a proprietary brand cleaner that would not cause any issue.

I contacted Sketchers Customer Care who sent me a nice email and pointed out it was the retailers responsibility and I should take it up with them. The retailer (won’t name because it’s not their fault) refused to replace as they were over 12 months old (and looked 20 years old). I can understand the retailers position even though to me the shoes were only a few months old the receipt said 18 months old.

So, if you’re wanting comfort out walking I’d go 5star for their trainers but for golf stick to the sports shoe giants.

I purchased a pair of Sketchers 3 months ago.
The heel lining has warn away, together with the sole.
Not worth the considerable high cost.

Trying to order expensive pair of shoes off Sketchers website. But the order form keeps giving me an error message to check payment and address details. Both of which are correct. I have uploaded my card details twice and have tried contacting customer support using their 'email' contact form which displays a polite message saying they are too busy and I should expect to wait for ten days.

I have had a really unpleasant experience with Skechers shoes!
Few days ago I have bought a pair of Skechers (in Westfield, Stratford). When I got home I realised they are not as comfy as I actually thought. I came back the next day with the receipt and the manager told me off I worn them already and nothing can be done! Im still waiting for an response as I wrote an email. They did not offer me any possibility instead. Honestly don’t ever buy from the shop! They look expensive but they are really uncomfortable. I still have my shoes worth £80 hahaha

I contacted sketchers in January by email and was given a ‘ticket’ They informed me they would be in touch. My complaint was, I bought these trainers to go for nice strolls along the beach road near my house. The tread under the trainers is so wide it collects stones and has pierced holes making the brand new trainers take on water!!
I’ve still not heard from this company, and will never purchase again. Customer service is extremely important to me.

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Impossible to contact - no phones due to COVID (how on earth do other companies manage?). Emails take 3 weeks to response if they respond at all. Facebook message useless - just refer to emails.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER CARE!!!

I bought 8 pares of kids shoes online and very happy with the result. The shoes are very bright, light and the quality is good as usual. My son and daughter loves theirs new shoes too, especially with flashing lights. I bought a few pares of kids Skechers before from other retailers and they were very hardwearing and flashing lights were working after 1 year of use. I will buy again from Skechers online.
I also bought black fabric Skechers for my work but ended up wearing them all the time. My feet do not want to wear anything else because they use to feel comfort, even shoes from Clark’s are not so comfortable.
It took a few weeks longer to arrive but I am happy with the result.

Terrible company, see all the bad reviews,,do not purchase online,, you will-loose your money to these cons . We are starting a class action if anyone wants in.

We visited Swindon sketchers for my mum who has difficult feet. Alaniya was a brilliant shop assistant who knows all the different types of shoe and was extremely patient with my mum. Professional and charming. I bought shoes as well. My first visit and I will be back.

I bought a pair of sketchers trainers in 2019, but after a little while the inside of the heal had been worn away by the plastic inner backing which had fragmented and broken through. As I liked the trainers I purchased an identical pair last June. but exactly the same thing happened. So I contacted customer services. They refused to accept that it is a trainer fault, they suggested it was wear and tear, even though I explained I had had them for under a year and only wear them walking approximately 2-3 times a week. I argued that it was clearly a fault, I even provided photos of the plastic sticking through the hole, but all I got was a virtually identical response every time (like the writer couldn't be bothered to address the issues I had raised so had just cut and pasted in the hope I would give up!) They simply continually denied responsibility and offered me a rather insulting discount 'off of my next pair'. As if I am going to waste even more money on trainers that clearly aren't fit for their purpose! When I asked for the contact details of their complaints department due to the exceptionally poor customer service, I was told they didn't have one. However, after reading such a large number of negative reviews I would suggest they start one. I for one will not be buying any more Sketchers trainers!!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Abysmal customer service - Sketchers UK based in St Albans. They say when placing an order online you have 6 hours on which to cancel. What they don’t tell you is that there is no way of possibly contacting them. Answer machine when you’re phone through and an email - which says they will respond but never do. Really awful company.
Now I have to deal with an order which has been sent to me which I never wanted as I went to a store. The whole reason for purchasing the sketchers was due to a foot surgery and I was nervous the size ordered online would not fit my swollen post surgery foot.
I’ll be dealing with Sketchers via my credit card company or the small claims courts.

I went to the Sketchers store at 66th St. And Park Blvd. St. Petersburg Florida. Rudely told where bathroom was. Told person at desk there wasn’t one piece of toilet paper in the ladies room. Asked about a shoe and again by another employee that if the shoe wasn’t on the display I told him it wasn’t on a shelf it was on a shoe stand. Rude. This happened 4/24/1921. Bad attitude and service

Terrible online service
I ordered some shoes from Sketchers. I was sent an e mail to say that payment could not be taken so the order had been cancelled. However, on checking my credit card statement, payment had been taken but for only 1 pair of shoes and not both. I have tried to contact them - no phone number (of course!!) and after taking the time to write an e mail, the 'submit' button doesn't work so the e mail won't send! I have tried on different days and different devices and it still won't work. So, I have no way of contacting this company. What an appalling way to run a business. NEVER again will I be ordering from them - wish I had read all these damming reviews before I placed my order.

I ordered arch support fit sneakers, love the style but they hurt my feet worse than regular memory foam skechers I purchase regularly.

Order was lost in the post. No reply from Sketchers after multiple emails so had to open a Paypal claim to get my money back.

Like the rest of the comments on this... ordered... still waiting way past the delivery/dispatch date. Got text message over a week ago saying UPS would deliver them the next day, but still no delivery! Unable to track using the UPS tracking details they've provided as UPS is saying they don't recognise the tracking number!?!? You can't call Sketchers, you can only email. No reply to emails... so no in effect no customer service. Wish I'd checked here before ordering...

UPDATE: Just got an email from Sketchers 1/2 month after placing my order saying that they've cancelled my order because they can't process it...

They then thanked me for shopping at Sketchers...

Like other peoples comments I purchased 2pair of boots early this month and have still yet to receive them.contacted ups to be told a day they was delivering and guess what still no boots. I like Skechers and have several pairs but won’t be ordering again of there site.

As with other customers, we didn’t receive our order, we can’t get hold of customer service at all and we can’t track our parcel as incorrect tracking details provided ( they advise on website that incorrect tracking was provided and to contact customer services - but no response from them!).

Would be willing to accept a delay during this difficult time for retailers especially as they shipping from Europe, but getting no response is unacceptable.

I really wouldn’t order from these guys just now until they get their tracking and customer service sorted.
