Visited their store in Norwich yesterday wanting advice on trekking shoes for 500 mile pilgrimage and got great advice. Back today to select shoes and customer service from Niomi was excellent.

Was advertised as extra supportive Sketchers. Did not receive them until I filed a dispute with my bank. They sent a piece of rubbers. Not sure what kind of support that will be plus they did not fit. They were nothing short of garbage.

Had a fantastic experience in Nottingham Victoria Centre store this morning. The store manager James could not have been more helpful. Absolutely fantastic service

Danielle in Liffey Valley store Dublin was exceptional in helping me decide on footwear.
She ensured that I was fully satisfied with my purchase which I was 100%.

I am furious. This company don’t reply to emails re issuing a returns label that is not recognised by the agent. Plus their phone number listed on the internet is just a voicemail and asks you NOT to leave a message.
I ring the main store in Birmingham (not a franchise ) and the manager tells me she doesn’t even have a customer support number and can’t help with online orders. HOPELESS. FRUSTRATING. RIP OFF.
How do I process a simple return or get advice?
My advice to anyone who is thinking of placing an order with Sketchers.com is Dont! unless you can afford to throw your money away.

Bought a pair of Sketchers walking shoes in July, not worn every day but come November and the upper is coming away from the sole on both shoes at the front and back. As I brought them from Sportsdirect I returned them but they refused a refund or exchange as I had no proof of purchase. Contacted Sketchers customer service and sent them photos of the shoes, all they were prepared to do was offer me a 35% discount on a new pair. For £50 I expected a better quality shoe, these were rubbish. Won’t be buying anything else from this company.

I bought my trainers on a Saturday 27th November 2021 (195204925263 ARCh FIT Baxter-YORE). I wore them on Monday for couple of hours.
When I tried them again on Tuesday, the back was defective. I took them to the Nottingham shop in the Victoria Centre to be replaced. A lone woman assistant was in the shop and seemed very well rehersed about the problem which must obviously be a common occurence. She told me the reason it was defective is that I might have shoved my foot into the shoe! She refused to replace them. £75 down the drain.

Received one faulty product & no shoes. Numerous back & forth until they finally agreed to refund me for faulty product & send shoes, only still no shoes & no response from Skechers until I triggered new complaints. From that I had enough, we agreed to full refund, only now I am having to complain again as it's a partial refund!! Paid for nothing but six weeks of incompetence from Skechers

I purchased a pair of Sketchers "GO Golf" golf shoes in mid August 2021. Within six weekd of purchase , the synthetic fabric began to deteriorate and literally peel off the shoes also affecting the water tightness of the shoe. After pursuing a replacement with Sketchers , I was informed that the company could not consider this to be a defect and offered a discount if I wanted to purchase another pair of Sketchers ...I obviously did not pursue that option. The bottom line is that the company obviously does not stand behind its product.

Went to the Manchester store yesterday to get some work shoes, as part of my role involves standing on my feet for ages. My sister already bought a pair of these shoes a few years ago, and although they are almost worn through, they are THE comfiest shoes I've ever worn. I borrow them constantly.

I wanted to buy my own pair for the new job, and this was the only type of shoe I had in mind. I don't know her name, but the person who helped me in store was amazing - I was choosing between a couple of types of shoes, and she was able to advise me on which ones would actually be more suitable to what I need for work.

They are super bouncy and light, airy, breathable. I did accidentally get muddy water on them (not my fault) that night, but I was able to clean them up with no problem. They're also machine washable, which is life changing.

Amazing shoes, I loved them the moment I put them on.

Visited the Norwich store today with my friend who is wheelchair bound. We were served by Maria who was fab. Nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to make sure the shoes fitted properly and were suitable for my friends needs. Although the store was busy at no point did we feel pressurised to make a sale.
It was a real one to one service. Thank you.

Biggest mistake buying Sketchers,wear very fast and let water in from day one

Bought on line. Order dispatched quickly. Sadly they use UPS but never had a shoe based issue

Have never had a bad pair of sketchers. Always buy the slip resistant work pair.

Purchased a pair of Sketchers Go Golf shoes in March this year. It actually says WATERPROOF on the shoes themselves. First time I noticed they were far from waterproof, was when looking for a golf ball in the second cut, the grass was slightly wet but it hadn’t been raining. My feet were soaked for the rest of the round, I couldn’t believe it. I would have been better wearing flip flops at least my feet would have dried when back on the fairway.

Purchased a pair of waterproof golf shoes 14 months ago only worn them 31 times because of lockdown paid £100 for a waterproof pair on the first occasion of raining i found that my feet and socks were wet through. Having emailed there customer service with details of my complaint the customer service turned down request so I asked customer service to forward my details on to Simon Hussey ( managing director)
A reply from him . THIS IS THE END OFTHE MATTER AND NO FURTHER EMAILS WILL BE REPLIED TO
Great customer service what a joke

I today visited the store at Teesside Park. I cannot praise the member of staff enough. Her name was Rosanne and she was one of the most helpful store assistant I have ever had. After explanation of my requirements she couldn’t do enough for me and I finally got 2 pairs. Thank you so much.

Bad Service at the Sketchers Store

I bought a pair of Sketchers trainers about 2 years ago, last week the sole separated from the main part of the trainer on one of them and the other is starting to come away.

I went into the Bromley, Kent, store today. I didn't have the receipt, so understand this limits my rights, however the assistant/manager in the store was exceptionally rude and off hand with me. She apparently keeps all her receipts and was surprised when I said that I didn't have the receipt from a couple of years ago.
Also before she served me the lady on the till and her carried on their conversation while I stood there waiting to be served. I think that the company needs to spend some time on customer service training.

Bought a pair of shoes and the soles disintegrated. The company doesn't want to know. Totally useless pr.
