I went to buy a pair of hiking boots,came across emily and thomas .No request was too much and their customer service was excellent.I would recommwnd this store for the positive shopping experience.I will be back again.

I bought a pair of Sketchers for my daughter, they got scuffed and some threading came apart, after a few weeks wear. I had no receipt but emailed them and they were more than happy to help and replace these trainers. There customer service is amazing and that’s what will keep customers coming back. Fuss free. Thank you Sketchers

Placed an order on the website, got a confirmation email that confirmed shipping 5-7 days. Two weeks later, still no sign of delivery. I tried to track online and got a page written in italian which was less than helpful, so raised a customer service ticket and got no response. On phoning, the service advisor seemed to spend a long time searching and said there was no order on the system, she didn't know why I would have got a confirmation and didn't know or seem to care that their tracking system was written in italian. I hadn't been charged to my card yet so she wasn't really bothered about it and told me to place the order gain.... Well after this experience they have no chance! What a waste of my time.

Visited your Trafford centre branch today with my two year old. All the staff were so friendly and fantastic!! Would definitely return.

I bought a pair of trainers, but the second time I put them on, the tape eyelets snapped as I was lacing them up!
The store refused to replace them as I didn’t have the paper receipt or box.
Sketchers on-line have offered a voucher to the same value as the money I have spent, but they have not apologised and I have turned them down and asked for my money back. Only fair I think as I now do not trust the quality of their products.
I’m now pursuing a refund through my credit card!!!!
Very disappointed with the response and especially the attitude 🙁

We visited the Quays outlet in Gloucestershire looking for a pair of wide trainer type shoes.Having had no help in Pavers ,Dune,& Clarks we went into Sketchers. Feisal was a breath of fresh air the only assistant who offered help .He got us sorted out with wide shoes and nothing was too much trouble. Helpful kind and considerate which was much appreciated after the general lack of interest we had found elsewhere.He really is a superb assistant and deserves to be recognised

Went in to buy my son a pair of trainers costing £75 but they did not have his size, asked if they could order them in for us but was told ‘no’ go to website. So went to website only to find that they want another £7.00 delivery on a pair costing £75 disgusting that the shop could not get them in for us. As we have more than 8 pairs of Sketchers between us already we will not be purchasing again from them.

Lovely stores, poor customer service, no help online with returns issues.

I have 3 pairs of sketches, I have the go walk and 2 of the memory foam no lace trainers,they are so comfy!! I suffer with a bad back and I found that the shoes I was wearing to work weren't helping,someone recommended sketchers, although they are quite pricey they are extremely comfortable and I'm now unable to wear any of my other shoes as they just dont provide as much comfort as the sketchers...highly recommended!

I bought a pair of strap sandals a while ago and the left insole is mis shaped at the arch and hurts my left foot.
That is not the main complaint for today though.
I have recently been looking at SKETCHERS product range and it seems they are a bit sexist when making a large range for WOMEN but small range of footwear for MEN. Not only that but the WOMENS trainers are artistic and flash compared to MENS trainers being bland and not much thought put in to their style.
Yesterday I went to a SKETCHERS shop and see 3 pairs of trainers I liked, neither looked like Womens trainers and then I checked online to find they are Womens sizes only, up to size 7.
In these times when people are increasingly trying to achieve gender equality there should be no reason why those DeLite and DeLux trainers are only for Women especially when they actually look like Mens trainers.
I collect flash trainers and so annoyed I could not buy them, they are really artistic and great looking but completely sexist against men.

DeLites Biggest Fan Black and White and
DeLux Walker White.
PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO BUY THE MENS VERSIONS, they are not the same.
To my surprise I found a second hand pair of size UK 11.5 DeLites on sale but they are Womens, probably younger size, why????
They are black and white, nothing says Woman in the style or colour.
I DON'T GET WHY I CAN'T GET A FLASH PAIR OF TRAINERS FROM SKETCHERS FOR MEN, why you make boring versions for MEN.
MAKE ALL YOUR TRAINERS UNISEX and get me a pair of DeLites BIGGEST FAN in Mens UK size 10.

UPDATE. As of 12.28.2022, still no response from Sketchers to my email or phone calls!

I only wear Sketchers as I have found that they work the best for me. I have plantar fasciitis and these are usually very comfortable and hold up well. I recently bought a pair and am disappointed as after just a few wearings, they are falling apart. I emailed the company and have not got a response. Not a great way to treat a loyal customer!

Being a dog owner I do a lot of walking and go through training shoes like there’s no tomorrow, so I recently decided to treat myself to a pair of black Sketchers Light…

The shoes are as you would expect from the name, extremely light, and after several months and many miles, the soles seem to be warring well, and the memory foam insoles make them feel you are walking on air, love them and would definitely recommend to anyone….

I have feet pains from being on my feet all day at work, so I bought a pair of sketchers as I've heard these are wonderful for your feet.
They aren't the cheapest trainers on the market, and they arent the best looking, but I thought I'd try them out anyways.

They were super comfy, and great for my feet. But 2 weeks in the entire sole came off from the rest of the shoe, I complained to sketchers and they said they had to review them to see if it was a manufacturing default ... seemed pretty obvious to me. Terribly made products and I won't be purchasing sketchers again, I implore the public to not waste their money on sketchers products.

Sketchers Relaxed fit flip flop ...? More like flop,
Bought these a few days ago because of the large heel, ive a bad back & ive been wearing these since before they were even in Ireland, these relaxed fit dont stay on your feet, at first yes they fit but theres just too much give in the relaxed dept, brought them back,SKetchers Blanchardstown. no you cant have refund no you cant have a credit note, its bulshit, there is too much give on the broadness of the shoe and they do not stay on !!! after a few days they are useless €60 down the drain, Terrible product. & customer service. will never buy this brand again

Love Sketchers. I work in a hospital and do on average 15,000 steps a day. I wouldn’t wear anything else at work now.

The only brand that sells light up trainers for my toddler, brought from Ashford Sketchers store. The trainer was comfy and was made of a nice soft material which was easily bendable knowing it would be comfortable for my child to wear for his first trainer. The lights would turn on automatically when he walks, stomps or jump etc and he loves the lights. Everyone who we see, would comment and say they love the adorable light up trainers that he wears and ask where I buy it from. Would definitely buy again in the next sizes.
Even adults walking shoes in both men and womens styles are comfortable and made of fabric material, sadly they were not waterproof. The waterproof walking shoe was not as comfy or nice looking, but does it purpose when wearing them to work. Overall, sketchers shoes are value for money and majority are comfortable to wear.

She is the most amazing person o deal with. As I work in retail myself I was delighted to be served by such a joyous person Cheryl is a credit to your store couldn't have helped me any more than she did. I will definitely be purchasing more sketchers after this amazing experience.

Brought some GOLF shoes, supposed to be Waterproof but fell apart after 5 Months.
Tried to email returns several times and it kept failing to register

First I'd like to say I never write reviews but, I had to make an exception as the customer service I received in your Cambridge branch in the Grand Arcade was exceptional. I was served by a lovely guy called Nick who went above and beyond to try and find something for me. I bought the pair of trainers but sadly when I got home and walked around for an hour or so I soon realised that they weren't the right fit. I went back to the store the next day to return them and was given excellent customer service again by Nick.
