Just ordered a pair of the new(?) slip-ons. Arrived today - what a disappointment! Total design failure; no give in the fabric, vastly undersized opening. Re-boxed and return booked within an hour.
Then, of course, the nearest listed UPS pickup point was no longer accepting UPS parcels!

I bought my first Sketchers from Deichmann last month in time for my holiday to France. I walked miles everyday and the slip-on trainers were really comfortable and quick and easy to put on and off. I added stain protection, in store, which worked a treat. I’d definitely recommend.

I went to the Warrington store and was served by a very lovely young man named Lucas, he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, going out of his way to fit me with the right shoe for my needs, thanking you Lucas, I will definitely be back for another pair ✅

I bought a pair of Sketchers golf shoes from my local golf club. They had the twist dial method of securing the shoes i.l.o standard shoe laces. The loops that the cord system feeds through broke making the shoes unusable. I contacted Sketchers as did the club pro and they were totally unresponsive.
I would never recommend this company to anyone as the quality of their products and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Bought a pair of Sketches golf shoes they are the worst I have had during the 50 plus years I have golfed. Comfy enough but only lasted about 5 months or around 25 rounds of golf before uppers came away from soles.

I went into Sketchers in Warrington.
My dad is not very mobile and has recently had a fall. He always buys sketchers but I wasn’t convinced they were right for him.
We were served by a fantastic sales assistant called Charlie. He was amazing, kind and patient. He thought very carefully about my dad’s needs. We left with two pairs of slip on trainers which do fit and he could actually put on easily. Charlie even gave him advice on how to do this easily. I have never had service as good as this before. He is certainly an asset to your company. Thank you Charlie.

I've been buying Sketchers shoes for years and I highly recommend them.
When wearing them my feet feel so comfortable and they're really lightweight.
Unbelievably low price for the excellent quality 👏

I bought a pair of Sketchers casual sports shoes and they are: lightweight, inexpensive, top quality , handsome, great fit and it feels like walking on a cloud, which is 👍 great

Faulty shoes rubbed my feet raw to the point I could barely walk. Returned them to the Sketchers shop but they wouldn’t do anything without “proof of purchase”. They are Sketchers branded shoes, where did they think I bought them? They were purchased with several other pairs so bank statement on phone of no use. I will never buy Sketchers shoes again. Save £50 by ignoring my problem, lose £000’s in future business as I switch allegiance to other brands.

Returned a pair of slip on waterproof shoes as the back had collapsed, shop not interested told me to send an e mail did this 4 weeks ago still no response apparently according to the shoo you are supposed to use a shoehorn to put them on, nothing in the box to advise you to do this obviously a poor design

Brought my family wife two grandaughters to buy shoes, the seats were the most uncomfortable
I have ever had the misfortune to use, no back supports to the seats to low, it took me three days of back pain never again, for balance a lot of shoe shops are using these seats they are terrible.

DO NOT BUY SKETCHERS SLIP ONS, BAD BAD design.
I have been buying Sketchers since 2009 and still have 2 pairs of slip on shoes that are so comfy and durable...... BUT DO NOT buy slip on leisure/sport shoes, their dezign is flawed and do nit last long. I purchase a pair in a sketchers shop in a shopping mall in Portugal at a cist of €100 and after 5 months of light use the material is fraying on the slip on area.
I emailed Sketchers, who told me to go to a local store which I did, the manager wasn't really interested and gave me another email address, and so I sent another email to this Sketchers dept, that was 2 weeks ago and I've had no repky, not even an acknowledgement email.
I'm no designer but if you do not have some form of durable material ie pu leather/real leather on the heel area these shoes wilk not last long and for nearly £100 for a pair of slippers that's not cheap.
Sketchers I am very very disappointed in your behaviour both of your email consideration and shop assistant.
I will never buy your priduct again.... Very disappointed ex purchaser.

Oh dear, where do I even start with Sketchers? I popped into their store looking for a comfortable pair of shoes and boy was I disappointed. The selection was lackluster and the quality was subpar, to say the least. I mean, I've seen better shoes at the thrift store!

But what really got my goat was the customer service. The sales associate was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I asked for a recommendation and all I got was a blank stare. It's like they didn't even care about making a sale!

Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time or money at Sketchers. There are plenty of other shoe stores out there that actually care about their customers and offer quality products. Don't bother with Sketchers, unless you want to waste your time and leave feeling disappointed.

How I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before buying these Sketchers! I purchased shoes (not trainers) on 22nd November 2022; by last month they had started to fall apart at the toes. I returned to the Southampton West Quays shop where I purchased them from and asked for advice and was informed by the sales staff that hers ALSO started to fall apart like mine, but not to use Superglue as this would be too inflexible, but to go to a shoe repair shop and ask them to use their glue which might not cost anything except maybe to make a donation in their charity box! I left the shop and emailed Sketcher's Head Office and after a few days, I had a reply saying that as I had bought in the store I had to address my complaint to a different department...which I did but after many days, I have had no response whatsoever. I have bone cancer so have metal pins and rods in my lower limbs and these shoes were the most affordable (£110) for comfort. I am so angry that this company produces substandard products that fall apart after less than 3 months and then expects the customer to either bin them or have them repaired themselves! And for the STAFF to tell customers it happens to their shoes from Sketchers too????! Be warned - find alternative footwear from reputable companies.

The service was seriously lacking a smile. And actual staff there to help with sizes. Was asked at check out if I’d received staff service, I’d responded with it would have been good if there was any staff around to help. Won’t go back il stick to Costco for sketchers in future

I have been a loyal customer of Sketches for many years now. This goes to my immediate family members In April 2020, my left leg was amputated and currently I am receiving PIP ( Personal Independent Payment ) with other means tested award. A few days ago ,I visited the store at the Trafford Centre in Manchester. The staff were excellent and helpful. I asked for a discount being severely disabled and explained that only about few mouths ago, I was given a discount being disabled. The staff politely turned down my request and asked if I I hold a blue light card. I enquired who is eligible for this card and was informed that the NHS, Police and the Army were accorded this privileged card with a discount of 20%. They informed me that this discount is NOT available for a disabled person.
It's very sad that Sketches could simply overlook the disabled community. When discount could be given to a wide range of our service men and women who protects our community but disregarded the small minority of the disabled community. This is really sad.
However that didn't mean that I walked out of the store empty handed but grabbed 2 pairs of shoes and paid the full price of £180.00. I just wished that Sketches can be more caring towards the disable, than their current policy.
I felt heartbroken.

Skecher is very low quality shoes . This is not even comfortable shoes and when I ask for refunds they didn’t even refund.

Love my new sketchers! So comfortable I actually now have a pair I wear around the house instead of slippers
Great product and design

First time I have purchased sketchers. It’s been a good buy! I received them today by way of UPS. This was a whole three days earlier than excepted! I have put them on and they are quite comfortable with plenty of flexibility. I really like the color too. I do plan to purchase again in the future.

Went into London’s Oxford Street store and needed advice for relevant shors for my difficult feet. Ellis was very knowledgable and recommended what he thought were the right shoes for me - and he was spot on!
Vey polite, personable and professional and was very patient with me in a very busy store. Thank you 🙂
