Very simple to book the tickets online from Skiddoo first time. I am looking for any tours in Europe and Asia in coming soon.

The process at the airport was fine. However the price the was double due to an accidental mistake with my booking date. They lady on the phone was rude and robotic . Would not go through you again as you don’t understand customer service ... you just want to get your money!

I booked tickets on Monday and still have not received actual tickets and its Friday - 96 hours later. The promise was a little over 24 hours.
Over promise, under deliver.

Very good experience, Skiddoo is excellent.

If I could give a negative report I would. I will never chose your company again and I will warn everyone and anyone whom will listen. Your company is dishonest and fraudulent and just common scammers who have made our upcoming trip something we are NOT looking forward to.

Easy to make a booking, although the price shown on the website was different to the selling price, but all other websites did the same thing. They didnt hassle me too much to sell other products ( insurance, etc)

Booked flight tickets online which were cheapest amongst other websites & when compared with other booking agencies. Above that, the other websites charge few bucks to confirm the flight seats at this stage(almost 3 months away from flying date) but Skiddoo charged me nothing and sent me booking confirmation in literally no time(also,based on my seat preference & meal selection). As the ticket was booked online and there were no options to select seats or meal selection on website,so i had to contact skiddoo through email. I must say, the most hassle free conversations i had with customer service team throughout my experience. Just 3 or few emails forward and backward, and i was sorted with everything. Thanks to Noelle Alforque from Skiddoo cust.Service who made my experience with flight booking and confirming everything related to the flight, real easy.

I bought a flight and I after a little time I received an email saying that if I had not provided Skiddoo in a few hours with my bank 6 digits security number, they had to cancel the transaction and therefore I would lose my ticket. I was at the airport when I saw the message and I was lucky to make some time before boarding my flight to call my bank, get the number and send all the information to the Skiddoo staff member. Very unpleasant, thrilling experience, I'll think twice before using your service again.

The checkout process was really easy. I paid via PayPal and the entire process was quick and simple.

Booked the trip last minute kinda thing, only received receipt after purchase, didn’t worry about it until next morning, still no ticket so I call the helpline and was on hold for 15mins, hung up cos I needed to go to airport, go to airport still no ticket so I email to request ticket so I can check in, no reply after 20 mins so I call again, got through after 10 - 15 mins. Lady was helpful and emailed ticket straight away. It worked out fine but no one wants to be chasing a ticket they paid for, don’t advertise or offer service if can’t deliver on time.
If I missed the flight I would be looking for refund and price of accommodation I paid for.
I have used skidoo before, booked flight month in advance, had no problems but like I say don’t advertise flights for next day if can’t deliver ticket in time.
