The price is misleading
The price is misleading. You should clearly state the total cost instead of hiding the extra cost until people input credit card number. It is a rare experience that customer need to pay the processing cost, at least in the United States.

Help desk needs improvement
The initial purchasing experience was excellent. however, the receipt of e-ticket was delayed and I had to ring help desk to find out what was going on. The wait time was far too long, about 40 minutes.

Great price. Easy to use website.
Great price that didn't change when clicking through from Skyscanner. Flights were fully ticketed within a couple of hours (website quotes up to 24h). The upsell options on checkout were not as extreme as some other websites I have used recently.
Would happily use this site again in the future.
