I checked the price on Skyscanner and Skiddoo had the best deal. But I decided to book my flights directly from their website, which had the same price. The booking process was easy and very fast. I got my e-ticket within five minutes after payment.

Once again, I phoned , only to be kept on hold for more than 26 minutes. Still no help at the end of the phone.
Is this company legit or not??

Asked them to change and update my name details on the ticket. Made the payment 2 days ago but still waiting for my reissued ticket. They do not answer the phone calls. They don’t even reply to the emails. After so many bad reviews, I don’t understand how they are still running this business.

When and how I obtain the boarding tickets and how do I enter the passport numbers?

Initially I was worried about booking with Skiddoo as the price was so competitive and I've had a bad experience in the past with online booking company's. After doing my research and reading the online reviews, I was confident to move forward. The booking process was simple and straight forward. I was able to secure a really great price on my flights. I would recommend searching with Skiddoo for your next trip.

This was my first time using Skiddoo and I must say I was impressed. Very easy and fast booking process. There were lots of flight options and the prices were good. It was great to be dealing with an Aussie company in Aussie $. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Not a problem. Have yet to actually fly out and return but everything looks right and the service was quick.

the only thing wrong was that i received an email telling me i had not completed the ticketing process after i received my e ticket.

It was a great experience. Very easy, simple and user friendly procedure to book a ticket. One of the things I like about Skiddoo is their flexi options as some agents don't provide this options at Skyscanner. Also received my itenerary in few minutes in an email after booking the ticket.

Easy to use, and saved over $1000 booking direct with Singapore. The booking appeared in my Singapore account immediately

I wont ever use Skiddoo in my live. I paid the $50 deposit and just few minutes afterwards i wanted to the remaining full fee the customer service told me the only way is to pay over the phone!! Who in 2019 will give a credit card with $50k limit over the phone, to some customer service representative that could sell it over the dark web! They refused to give me back the $50 and to even make me do a new full payment order

The prices were reasonable and the whole process was pretty straightforward. The ticketing turnaround was very prompt.
