Fast service very happy and great price thanks

Very good on pricing and follow up. Trying to call via phone was, well, pretty impossible. Put on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up.
Follow up by Skiddoo re change of flights because of Airlines issues was very well handled.

Great customer service and super quick turn around time.

The service was satisfactory . I was disappointed that within 90 minutes of making the error of booking the wrong day it took 4 more days to rectify the booking and I was charged at all for the oversight. Surely you should have a grace period of even up to 4 hours as some sites do to make changes without any charge. That’s what is disappointing and probably why I won’t book any further travel through your website.

I booked the ticket online, didn't receive my ticket within 24 hrs. Rang your customer service to find out why. Spent over 30mins on hold before finally speaking to someone. Was informed I was sent an email about my ticket. I found the email it was addressed to MICHELLE MY NAME IS ANNA! I was informed that the ticket was no longer available but if I wanted to pay an extra $600 it was. The lady on the phone was nice enough but I would never recommend your company to anyone.

My latest experience with Skiddo in airfare booking was just flawless! The pricing is competitive, no hidden cost, straightforward process of purchasing a ticket online. The ticket has been issued within minutes after confirming the booking. It’s just how it should be. Unfortunately when things go well, people tend to take it for granted and don’t really talk about positives.
On this occasion I cannot be happier with the service Skiddoo provided and it’s an Australian company, which makes me feel great about making my purchasing choice in favour of local business. Next time when looking for airfares, I will be strongly considering Skiddoo based on my positive experience with them.

Easy interaction with the website. Cheap prices and even easier booking process. Initially thought it was a fake site as the payment page was not a secured website but the price was so cheap though i would give it a go. As it turns out it is genuine and after logging in direct on the Eremites app the booking was there. Totally brilliant experience and have already saved the site to my favorites ready for my next trip.

I recently purchased tickets through Skiddoo. I hadn't heard of them before but the price looked really good. I did a little online research and the reviews were good . The fact that it is an Australian company was also reassuring. I went ahead and made my purchase , the website was really easy to use. After the payment I got 3 emails with in minutes. It was my e- tickets , confirmation and reciept . So I grabbed the booking code logged straight into the actual airline straight after. My tickets were there all confirmed with the price showing what the airline had quoted me earlier paid. So I saved well over $50 ,that I can put toward something else on my trip. I will definitely use them again if the price is right.

Took us three attempts to book our flights and we got to payment before all of a sudden the first two options we wanted were no longer available. It got progressively more expensive before we were able to get our tickets and the third and last attempt before we managed to pay.

Easy to book! Had to email a few days later because I didn't have my ticket yet, but response was swift and ticket was emailed promptly. Extremely happy with the process and site.

With a death in my immediate family overseas I foundfound myself needing a ticket asap. The booking was easy and competively priced. Due to the flight being in a few hours a phone call ensured the e-ticket was sorted in a matter of minutes.

Yes booking was fine and easy to do on your website.. just one thing I did not receive my E - Ticket

I have only used Skidoo a few times but I am impressed with their good prices and the fast and effecient follow up with all ticketing information. I prefer to stick with Skidoo because I have learned to trust their systems and they are usually best or close to best for cost.
