'Beautiful apartment' more like smelly, dirty **** hole
Paid £162 for one nights stay in one of Skies Estates 'beautiful apartments' via booking.com for 23rd Dec on route to family for Christmas.
The apartment had not been cleaned, bathroom hadn't been touched, with dirt around all the fixtures and what looked like urine behind the toilet.
The apartment was grimey overall, smelling of smoke, fixtures broken, bed lining had not been ironed in any way and given the cleanliness generally in the apartment, didn't trust it.
Wasn't going to allow family to stay in something so unclean so checked in to local Holiday Inn at half the cost.
Tried to seek refund but Kyle from the company would only offer 30% saying that the cleanliness issues were 'finishing issues' and he could have had a cleaner attend had we stayed. This wasn't offered when we first contacted him and to be fair absolutely shouldn't be required and particularly not at that price point.
They are not a professional outfit and my advice is steer well clear
