excellent! everything was made easy and efficient by the skifrance team, very helpful over the phone to add on ski hire, transfers and lift passes(which were waiting for us at the hotel on arrival!) Definitely recommend!!

We recently booked a private chalet in Val D'Isere with contactless catering through Ski France. The chalet was beautiful and service provided by Ski France was super. They were obliging and helpful as we planned the trip, no query was too small or job too big. The communication was excellent both in the lead up to the trip with our ski specialist (Ellen) and with our reservation manager while in Val D'Isere (Agnes). The Ski France team on the ground during our trip were so friendly, professional and helpful. The chef was very prompt to respond whenever we messaged him about dietary queries, the chalet drivers were prompt & friendly. All in all, I would definitely recommend Ski France and would book with them again.

This was our 2nd time back with Ski France & first time travelling post Covid. Always helpful on e-mail and no problem with transfer & pick up. Very personalised service. We have booked again with them for next year already.

Excellent service. Zac dealt with our booking with great care making for a simple booking process for the chalet as well as all of the extras. Ski france were able to accommodate difficult dietary requirements as part of the contactless catering service.

We have booked trips through Ski France a number of times.
They spend a lot of time ensuring that you get the best deal available and ensure that everything goes smoothly with the trip.
They were particularly good at handling the rebooking of trips cancelled due to the pandemic and you could tell that they genuinely cared about their customers.

staff have been helpful and worked with us to deal with the cancellation we had, including moving the package we had to another date.
They even kept some of the special deals we had arranged with the size of our group.
Its been the most painless group trip ive organised.

This is the second time we have booked through ski France and are very pleased with the service provided. During COVID our plans had to change and Ski France understood and changed our booking with no fuss! Thanks

Thanks to the France Sales Team that made possible the booking according to my expectations and also taking in consideration the last season bond due to the forced cancellation of previous booking. Since a lot of years, I made booking with Ski France and I will continue in future.

I have been dealing with ski tour operators for over twenty years for group skiing,mainly with Crystal,who in my experience are an absolute nightmare to deal with.Found Ski France an absolute delight to deal with.As lead name,imagine booking for a group of up to 25,and something goes wrong,people dropping out,changing names,names spelt wrong.Ive had it all.Crystal do not budge,and it costs you-big.When the problem is theirs it’s a different story.The assurances that SF have given me are unprecedented.Free cancellation up to 24 hrs-no brainier.Why would you go anywhere else?
And the quality of the accommodation is second to none.We stayed in the hotel Ibiza in Deux Alpes.This place ticks all the boxes,so for the first time ever,we’re going back the year after.
Finally the booking process is the most laid back and personal I have ever experienced.Five stars does not do this company justice.

I booked with Ski France primarily because of their unconditional cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the holiday start date. I made the booking over the phone and they were extremely helpful. I subsequently made an amendment which was equally well managed.

As the other review- Their immediate response was “nothing to do with us, contact your insurance company. I also appreciate it is a difficult time and would have accepted credit for next year but they refuse to do anything. They are happy to accept a booking for next year but, won’t offset what they owe from this year. Given that they are ABTA registered I am shocked by their attitude. They even lied saying they had made the refund and then stated there was an issue with their systems.
I would advise anyone to avoid them.

As per Alison's review below, I will avoid using Ski-France again based on their avoidance of any responsibility for their customers over the Covid-19 crisis. I appreciate it is a unique situation which has hit the travel industry hard, but their stance on my upcoming booking for 4th April is completely inflexible and basically "sort it out for yourself with your travel insurance" Like Alison I too am a repeat customer of both Ski-France (Madames Vacances) and the Alpina Lodge and would have been visiting for the third consecutive year. The accommodation has been closed down, and I paid in full in November for my trip and they have cancelled my booking. Usually in this circumstance you would expect a refund.

They are refusing to discuss either a refund or re-scheduling of booking to next season (which most providers are doing and indeed the EU is encouraging) and instead telling me to sort out with my insurers and sending me a cancellation invoice. So they have taken my money for a service they are not going to provide (whether their fault or not) and a service of which they will not have the costs to provide over and above the cost of owning the property. Needless to say there would be many other customers in the same boat who's money is in their bank. Neither are they are allowing a credit against it for next year - presumably to protect their future income. I have had a few email conversations and the party line is they will not deviate from this policy. Very poor.
