In early July, I reached out to Rishma to inquire about a vacation package to Cancun for December 2022. Rishma was incredibly accommodating, offering numerous options and helpful tips for traveling with kids and choosing flights. When our airline unexpectedly canceled some segments of our journey, Rishma immediately called to inform us. Together, we arranged alternative flights that actually benefited us by allowing for extra hours at the resort on our first day. Her communication was superb, she's very personable, and her extensive knowledge assisted us in planning the ideal getaway after a long three years.

I recently, booked a package holiday to Barbados, there was 17 of us in total. From the onset of booking the package holiday, Reshma found us a great hotel that catered for all the party going, I had 7 grandchildren going, so it was really important to me that their needs were catered for. Unfortunately our carrier cancelled there legs but Reshma was straight on the phone to advise and I worked with her to find alternate flights that worked in our favour in terms of journey time giving us an additional few hours at the resort on the first day. Great comms, very personable and excellent knowledge owner who has help planned our perfect get a way after 3 years.

We used Swift Travel to plan our 2 week trip to Cuba - flights, accommodation in 5 towns and transfers between each. We were very well looked after by Reshma Lakhani, who did a great job in planning and booking the trip, which we made much harder for her by changing our itinerary, dates and size of group. Reshma was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful and we could not have done it without her. Thank you very much.

I don’t often write these reviews but Swift Travel have been working tirelessly for us for many years now to ensure we have had stress free breaks from busy lives. These guys do what they say and have NEVER let us down. Always available to ease any concerns and always willing to do those things that are needed to ensure we are always fully informed and comfortable with arrangements.

Working with Travel Swift was an excellent experience to book our first family holiday and honeymoon combined trip.. Edward was brilliant with loads of advice and help when needed. Excellent recommendations of where and what to do very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will be booking our next holiday with them soon.
