Customer Service great and quick before reservation!

Communication has been excellent, with a great looking hotel at a fair price. The Ski Pass rates are fair as well so thumbs up all around!

Always had great service and excellent holidays just find all the different email addresses a little confusing

Great website and fantastic packages. Really helpful and knowledegable when I phoned and very prompt with ringing hotels with my queries & with sending other options & quotes.

Ginny and Valerie were really helpful in booking the hotel mottaret. They managed to get me a cheeky 5% off too! The website it also nice.

Was a bit complicated to book through the website due to occasional bugs and changes in price, but it was very useful to have the website chat, so I could contact the team at any time through there to resolve any concerns.
Also very helpful call center! Instead of wondering or having any doubts, best to call them directly.

Positives include
- generally Great staff
- accommodation arrangement was great
- management staff were particularly determined to do a good job
- Alp d'huez was a good resort but quite a long way from the airport

Issues were as follows
- IT booking system didn't work smoothly
- some staff weren't really committed to working in the service sector

Initial booking was cancelled by Skifrance after we had paid (don't believe they even had the Chalet available to them!) and we were offered an inferior chalet with pretty much a "take it or leave" attitude from the UK sales team. Eventually we took it and arrived to find stipulated single beds in all rooms was not what was there. Not an issue for some but 10 blokes on a skiing (& drinking) holiday was not what we wanted and what had been agreed and paid for. Sorting this out was left to the Resort Staff, which with no help from UK Skifrance they eventually did.

Jo (Resort manager) and Flora and Ollie (our chalet staff) were fantastic - couldn't have been more helpful and looked after us royally.

Shame the UK Sales team don't share the same attitude - I doubt we will book with Skifrance again.

Hotel staff were lovely, helpful and friendly, even at breakfast! food was really good, interesting evening meals, great afternoon cakes and I really appreciated fresh fruit at breakfast. Room was clean comfortable and plenty big enough for the three of us.
The single best part of the package was the fantastically convenient position of the hotel. To be able to ski in and out and pick up hire gear and eat out on Tues night without walking more than 100 m meant that I could have managed with just ski boots for the week. Very good.

Ideal location at foot of piste. Rooms staff food all very good. Would definitely use co.again and stay in same chalet. Keep it up skifrance.

Everything was V simple, easy, and we had such a great time. Couldn't fault anything!

After having our holiday in chalet les Carines cancelled by Skifrance very soon after we had paid the balance of our holiday, we were given a take it or leave scenario and booked this chalet. It was booked on the strict understanding that all rooms were single beds and made very clear we would not have booked it on any other basis (10 guys holidaying together). Repeated verbal and written assurances were given to this effect.

3 rooms with single beds and 2 rooms with doubles - one very small double (ok for two small children) and one reasonable size double. After 3 days the small double was changed for 2 singles.

Best rooms are the two triples on the top floor. Reasonable size double is off the lounge and the basement rooms are tiny, particularly the one with the small double.

Flora and Ollie our chalet staff were fantastic - couldn't have been better!

Good location (as close to ski in/out as you can get) if you don't mind being a long way from the town.

A good walk up the hill with cases and kit from the coach drop off to the chalet.

The location was great, although rather than ski in/ ski out I would call it ski in/walk 100 metres to ski out, but no complaints with that. The staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you (I didn't sleep to well the first couple of nights and I am sure they would have sung me a lullaby if I had asked them). The decor was a bit old but I go to ski not to wonder at the wallpaper or marvel at the mantelpiece. We had a mum and two kids with us and their allocated room was a bit small; they asked for a change and this was done with little fuss and no extra cost. The food was excellent and the chef very accommodating with the kids. The staff were a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, as would the rest of my group.
