Tried 7 day Free trial for 3 days then tried to cancel before 7 days expired.
Tried through email sent to me to cancel before expiry date as explained, created account, set password etc, signed in rejected. Not once but three times per day for 3 days. Now i will be debited an annual fee $$$$ and have to request or challenge the debit through my bank.
Overall I consider this to be a totally unapproved charge on my card. Very disappointed with Skillshare and Trustpilot experience. Regards G Sully (Australia)

I guess, I'll extend my subscription here. They have unique way of integrating courses and modules.

I likr the wide range of topics and options, but some videos very disappointing. Need better quality control.

Love love love skillshare! I have learnt so much from their tutorials, and all the teachers I have watched courses by are so lovely. They have such a wide variety of courses, and I find it fun to explore the options. I am always coming back for more.

I’ve been using Skillshare for a while now, and I absolutely love it. The variety of classes is incredible, and the instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. The platform is easy to navigate, and I appreciate how accessible the lessons are, whether I have ten minutes or an hour. It’s become one of my favorite ways to learn and stay inspired.

Skillshare uses predatory methods of trying to prevent people from cancelling their subscriptions. Once a subscription is finally successfully cancelled, it can takes days and many emails to also delete payment method details.

It certainly offers value for money. Where else can you do a year of endless courses for $150?
The courses are easy to follow and if I find they are moving too fast, I can stop the video and take my time.
There are some of my favourite tutors on there(Bonnie Christine and Barbel Dressler). It's been great to do extra courses with them.
I like having the opportunity to display my class work. It's just like being in a classroom.
I can do the courses anywhere as long as there's reception. That's great for me who likes to travel frequently.
I just love learning and this is a way I can do it without having to live in a metropolitan area or travel to a learning centre.
Thanks very much
Jenny

The absolute WORST customer service on earth. Be careful with signing up for a trial. Even if you don't use it AND cancel it, they'll still charge you with ZERO options but to pay for the annual fee.

I didn't even want to purchase that thing, honestly. I just got tricked into paying 500dh for a platform I didn't even use

The ease and speed at which I was able to get a refund.

Great resource for learning new skills, short and informative videos.

limited offerings beyond very very very beginner. clearly geared toward people who have no experience whatsoever. i am interested in audio editing and the teacher of the only course, the guy from florida, is not someone i can listen to. no one coached him on his presentation style and it’s too annoying for me to finish. there are no other options beside him for my software. if you’re literally brand new to something this might be helpful as long as you’re not looking for professional presentation and a refined ability to teach.

I believe Skillshare is a bit ruthless in thier free trial policy. After a couple days I decided to cancel but could not find the Membership/Payments area under my account. Had to leave town and forgot about it. When I returned contacted them and thye said no refund stating this policy: "Skillshare only provides a refund on memberships charged after a 7-day free trial if you contact us within 48 hours of the charge." 48 hours? I thought Evernote had the most consumer unfriendly policies. Until now.

I loved the classes! There are so many to choose from. The price is a bit out of reach for me, but that doesn't mean that I think it is overpriced.
