I started water coloring from Instagram posts. I was really enjoying it but felt I needed fundamental classes. I got that from Skillshare. I feel like I’m struggling a bit more because of the more technical and experienced teachers but I’m enjoying it!

Great but need a way to send the projects privately!
Only took one course so far but it was pretty great! Though I would really appreciate a way to upload the final project privately instead of to a gallery open to everyone since the one I did was for a personal project and would like a private option to get the certificate!

The subject matter is not always fully explained. In some cases, it is a general overview and not enough for someone to learn the skill. The filming has limited quality as well, often missing the hands of the person doing the demo. It is also somewhat pricey.

Fraudulent business - stay away
I have been searching around on Skillshare's website for about 10 minutes - and it is impossible to get some information about prices, terms and how to quit subscription
Apparently, Skillshare is just another fraudulent teaching site that bases their business model on cheating people - just like Patreon, Udemy, Domestika,and Coursera. Stay away. Use YouTube.
PS. Read the reviews of Skillshare's former customers: the vast majority of complaints are about being cheated. Skillshare is nothing but bullshit business.
