White residues
The skin bunny wrinkle cream leaves a white residue at times. I've tried different ways of putting it on but it still leaves a residue. Bit disappointed.

My address appeared to be a problem although other delivery services were able to deliver with no problem. However I have to say that your Customer Services- Claire - were very good & tried their best to sort out the problem . Delivery was much later than necessary.
