The under eye enhancer works brilliantly, you can feel it tightening the skin and visibly makes a huge difference. I am really pleased with it. The only down side is the slight white chalky bit that you can see a bit.

It worked BUT if there a way to use this without leaving a white powdery cast I haven't found it. I'm very fair and it looks terrible so on darker skins it must look horrendous. It also made my skin sore. My normal eye cream stung after I removed skinbunny which it never has before. The company responses about using it correctly are ridiculous, I followed the instructions to the letter and it didn't make a difference to the white cast. Save your money.

I couldn’t believe the result , absolutely amazing. What a difference.
The only problem is that as soon as I used my normal foundation the effect diminished immediately.
I have now bought some non oil based foundation but have yet to try the enhancer but am looking forward to giving it another go .

I have used many cosmetic suppliers but by far the service from Skinbunny is the best. This is because they have the super efficient Diane Enefer who is the consummate professional. She is helpful & extremely knowledgeable, providing an excellent service. A class act indeed.

They claim that it doesn't leave any white residue. It absolutely does - regardless of how much/little you apply.
It does reduce the appearance of bags but you look like a cross between a panda and a 1970's glam rock star.
Don't waste your money.

No white residue. I wear it with my makeup. But could easily go without if you want to.

Skinbunny under eye enhancer.
I was sceptical as some reviews where negative.
The correct way to apply this cream is to make sure no products under the eyes. Shake bottle well. tipping upside down too. Apply a tiny smount on little finger. Dab around eye socket then gently rub in. Try and keep face still for 2 minutes. A small fan helps it set. If you have white residue its because too much product, or under eye cream is on the eyebag area. I was going to throw mine away to be honest, then I was told the way to do it..i can.promise you it works for 8 hours.

After a lovely conversation with Nicola from Skin Bunny, I explained my reactions and they offered to refund or send me another product, as I am giving my product to another friends who raves about the product this was by no means necessary, I would like to come here and say their customer. Service is absolutely phenomenal!

So, this could be personal to me, however I used several products and this has been the first and worst reaction to a product. I followed instructions specifically and well my eyes blew up like balloons, my son thought I'd been beaten.
The pain was unbearable and now 4 days later my skin is still itchy and peeling!

The bottle felt half empty when it arrived and it leaves a white residue around the eyes

This cream has honestly changed my appearance..the difference is astounding in my under eye bags.

The 4 stars are for the excellent customer service (just returned my order, waiting for refund). The eye enhancer was not for me, I don’t like it that I can’t moisturize under my eyes when using this product, plus it felt really tight on my skin. One more thing: make sure you unsubscribe from the mail list as they pester you with 2 emails a day (I received 3 the other day too!). It would’ve been 5 stars for customer service but it really bothers me that companies send so many emails. Nobody wants that, skinbunny! If we want your product, we’ll come and find you.

Well I can't believe this cream really worked on my bags under my eyes I could see feel difference within seconds amazing cream well worth money plus big shout out for the makers of this fab cream

I would give zero,this product looks like you have salt around your eyes,it does tighten a little but leaves a white residue no matter how little you put on,not as advertised absolute waste of money

I’ve been looking for a product like Under Eye Enhancer for a long time .
This product can eradicate big eye bags in minutes . It’s amazing

Applied to one eye (so as to have a clear comparison) following instructions to the letter. I noticed the tightening but, after 30 minutes, there was NO difference between applied and unappiled eye whatsoever. I tried on the unapplied eye but, again, nothing happened. Really dissapointed after all the hype on the website and before/after pictures. For me, a complete waste of money - would give no stars if it was an option! Will be going in the bin. Edited to add; following reply from Skinbunny I had already contacted them prior to leaving this review to express my frustrations!

The actual product wasn't for me but as a company and customer service I couldn't fault them. They uphold what they say they will. Very pleasant professional and a company that does actually answer their phones. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Having purchased a product which did not suit me, I requested a refund. Had a very quick polite response.
Gave me details of how to get a refund or an alternative with an apology.

Follow the instructions and within seconds you feel your skin tightening and looking firm.

Drys and crystallizes in the bottle if you don't use the bottle within 2 weeks. It turned into flakes in the bottle.. a shame really because the few times I used it. It did work. And yes the top was on, and screwed down tight.
