Good price

Good price. Easy to order. I had to cancel a subscription a month ago because I had surplus supply. So easy to work with. Canceled my order and subscription. I will continue to order skin care products because they have fantastic customer service

This company has the worst customer…

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… You cannot get anyone on the phone, no one returned your phone calls. I have an order that I placed 11 days ago that has not shipped yet and the minimal tracking I have been able to do just shows it sort of in limbo and cyberspace. So they owe me $120 or product on that order and then they sent me a subscription order without asking first if I wanted the product and I return that through USPS using the label they sent me and I’ve never gotten any sort of confirmation that they have received that and that was like $175 that they still owe me. Who knows what will happen with that, fortunately, we have enough buying power with our Visa card that they will credit the charges on both to us.

I made an error in my order

I made an error in my order. I sent an email and the support team got back to me within minutes canceling my order so that I can reorder the correct product. Great customer service!

Customer service needs improvement

I emailed customer service regarding an issue with my order. They replied requesting pictures which I quickly sent to them. I have not heard from them since then despite sending messages and calling them. What a shame. I thought I found a new retailer who I could order all my skincare products from.

The item I ordered was out of stock and they still took my order

I ordered a ZO product. After about five days, it hadn’t shipped, so I reached out to customer service. I was told the product wasn’t in stock and would not be in stock until the following week. I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund.

I did receive the refund for the product, but not for a shipping fee. Had I known the product wasn’t in stock, I never would have ordered it and am out $5 for nothing. If a product isn’t in stock, it shouldn’t be listed as available for purchase on the website. Plain and simple.
