What is taking so long

What is taking so long? I ordered this on July 6th and I'm still waiting on arrival of my products. THEN, we I just received a tracking # and it's only for 1 of the 4 items.

I cancelled my prescription-unwanted charge

I cancelled my prescription, but I was still charged and the unwanted item is being sent to an address where I no longer live because I have moved. I am currently waiting to hear back from customer service regarding this issue. If the company is not willing to accommodate this situation and resolve the charge, I will not be ordering from them again.
