Gift with order not available
By the time I placed my order, the gift with purchase was no longer available. The offer was less than 24 hours old. It didn't seem fair. I wanted to try the product and perhaps buy it in my next order.
When I notified SkinCareRx their customer relations were quick to respond and resolved my displeasure. Thank you, I will definitely order more products and replenish the previous products that I have purchased.

Promotions difficult to obtain
One of the promotions offered was not available due to "high demand" and the larger size of one of the products I wished to order (making it a better value) was out of stock. I consistently have problems with obtaining promotions offered through SkinCareRx and have begun shopping elsewhere.
