I contacted Skincity through chat on Sunday and received a prompt response and advice. Ordered the item and delivered to me by Wednesday. What a wonderful experience opening my package and finding the gifts of samples, bags and the Kokeshi. This is the sort of customer focus/service which builds loyalty and Skincity has got it absolutely right. A rare thing these days! Thank you Skincity Team.

It is very clear that a lot of effort goes into each order Skincity delivers. Their website has lots of information about different skincare products, ingredients and skin types. Each order is send with royal mail 24hr tracked delivery (at no extra cost). The orders also include makeup bags which are very handy when taking your products on the go. I really appreciate all the hard work Skincity do and i know each time i place an order my products will arrive as soon as possible. Skincity is one of my favourite places to shop skincare, i can’t recommend it enough! :-)

This company really go above and beyond when it comes to great customer service!
I love ordering from them as they make you feel really special, every time you shop with them.
All my orders have been correct and if I do have an issue, everything gets sorted really quickly by the friendly staff!

Great website! This was my first time ordering from this company, it was the cheapest by far for the product I was looking for. The website said that shipping may take longer than normal because they had been so busy, however, my product was delivered within a week and to Ireland, which I thought was excellent service. There was also a random free gift which was a nice touch! I will definitely be ordering from this site again!!!

Was send a product with old packaging and (not what they advertised on their website) questioned the lifetime of the product as i would not need it straight away. was offered a new product if i returned the old one... if only they could have sent what i ordered from the beginning.

left it at that and ordered the product again directly from brand it self.

fall to pieces when this company have offers! only saving grace was women I spoke to was very apologetic and professional.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched that I placed on Sunday (4 days ago). I contacted customer service via the chat box to be told that because of the special offer weekend and the amount of offers this generated that there would be delays in getting the orders out in time. Whilst I understand this to a degree I think that orders really need to be dealt with in a more timely manner. I'll wait until tomorrow and if it's still not dispatched will ask for my money back. I won't be ordering from them again in the future as there are other companies that don't have these types of delays despite always having special deals on their website.

Good selection of luxe skincare products such as Tata Harper and Barbara Sturm. I received 20% off all products so ofc good price point, but wow the delivery is slow. I ordered 6 days ago and the delivery service just told me it won't be delivered the next days.

Bit disappointed. Used Skincity many times - always been really good. Ordered last Weds with 20% off site wide order - still being processed 4 days later! Emailed customer services - just said really busy will get order out ASAP & Sorry for inconvenience.
Dispatch is usually next working day! Would have ordered elsewhere if known delivery window!!

I ordered paula's choice BHA serum from them and the service is fast and the price is good. Only thing that I don't like is that they give some samples that I don't really need and that's a lot of extra plastic packaging.

Just an amazing website for skin products, i absolutely adore this website, from personalizes advice on skin products, to free shipping , and kokeshi dolls !!!! ONE LOVE...
