If delivery fails or an error occurs, our system automatically refunds the order, if the payment method allows for it. For crypto or phone payments, a manual review is required, which we carry out promptly. Please allow extra time for responses during holiday periods.

In most cases, if your order is on hold, it's due to our advanced security system flagging it for manual review or requiring KYC verification. This is standard for customer safety and fraud prevention. Please check the messages you've received via Skine, as they contain specific instructions and context for your case.

Thank you for your review. Please note that we are not the provider of the card service itself, we only offer the voucher used to top up the card.

We understand your frustration, but the technical issues you're experiencing are on the card provider's side, which is separate from our platform. We are actively in contact with them and doing our best to ensure the funds are either credited to the card or reverted to your Rewarble account once the service is restored.
