I realised only after being charged for four months that I had subscribed to this service through a scam email promising a €1 Rituals birthday pack.

When I saw I had around €120 worth of credits in my basket, I tried to use them — but to my surprise, there were virtually no products available. I eventually selected three items just to use the credits, but customer service refused to refund me. Then, unbelievably, two of the three products were out of stock with no option to change the order. I ended up receiving a single item worth about €10 and paid €12 in shipping.

Absolutely outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

I felt desperate when I couldn't unsubscribe from my account with you because no code was being sent to my email, and I couldn't find another way to cancel. Therefore, I asked for help by email.
I appreciate the quick and precise response to my email.

They are scammers. Thought I was buying a bag from a site and ended up subscribed to their website and they refuse to refund my money!!

Their message:

“I’m really sorry for the confusion and the frustration this has caused. I want to reassure you that our system cannot make unauthorized charges or enroll anyone without their permission.

When you signed up, the €19.99 payment was for a gift card that converts into store credits on a 1:1 basis with euros. Members can then use credits to shop with savings of up to 80% in our store. No physical bag order was placed on your account.

I’ve also checked and can confirm your membership cancellation has already been processed, and a confirmation email with details was sent to you a few minutes ago. Please refer to that email for all information about your cancellation and related charges.

Regarding a refund: there are no top-ups available to refund, and the initial gift card purchase is non‑refundable under our Terms and Conditions. I understand this isn’t the answer you hoped for, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Lastly, we are an independent company and not affiliated with the brand or pages shown in your screenshots. Sign-ups and purchases can only be made directly through our system.

They contacted me 7 months after I made a 1* review: 7th April 2025 (not allowed to attach link here unfortunately)

Got to love their dedication to customer satisfaction!

Not sure why they care though, as you don't need to access their page to be targeted by their scam...

Had the best customer service and fast response

I've been scammed by them. They refused to refund me for fraudolent subscription.
In the end, after a lot of email and menacing to dnounce them, they desisted from taking my money, but the whole matter was utterly fraudolent.

Following here, the content of the first email in which I describe what is the fraud modality:

I did provide my details on a completely different site face.
But, why it's so difficult to understand I was scammed? Are you telling me I'm a liar?
I provided my details to receive a gift from Leroy Merlin (I was thinking, and instead subscribed to your site paying the 2€ that would have been a fee for shipping that gift)
Also since the page said the payment was not accepted I authorized it twice! Call me stupid, if you want to. but refund me
That money has been stolen from me, and YOU are receiving it. If you don't refund me you're accomplice of a cyber crime. And I'm going to denounce it to Cyprus authority.
Refund me anda everything should be fine!

This page is a complete scam. They somehow signed me up for their membership system for $2 USD. When I saw the charge, I contacted them and they reported they canceled this subscription that I didn't take. They sent me an email confirming it, but today my card was charged $10.57 USD. I'm demanding a refund, but they haven't responded... I'll continue to insist with Alero or whoever is in charge of this scam. BE CAREFUL, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY.

I bought a drill on sale from a site and found myself with a subscription to this company without my knowledge, they took money from my account, I closed my credit card with the hope that it would all end. Let's hope. It's just a scam

I never received my order and y'all took money from my account twice and said you will fix the problem but y'all never did .... I am still waiting
