From the moment you walk through the door to a warm and friendly welcome from Anna, you know this is a skin clinic above all the rest. All the staff take time to get to know you and make you feel at ease. Dr Irina has the medical skills, knowledge and empathetic approach that makes you believe she, and all her team, want the best possible outcomes for you.
As someone who has largely ignored her skin for many years I can truly say I am thrilled with my results. I have just had a peel with Erica who patiently explained the process to me. Looking forward to my next treatment later this week.
Please don’t be hesitant if you are like me and think it might be too late to start focussing on your skin, pop in to see Anna and she will set you on the path to fabulous skin!

I was gifted a facial at SkinID.
I had Hurd such great things about the clinic so was very excited to see what they what they could do for me.

When attending the clinic I was greeted by very welcoming reception staff and made to feel comfortable.

I had a facial by Yolandi, where she talked me through the whole treatment before and through out. Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I was happy to see and feel instant results.

I very much look forward to booking in for future treatments with the team. They offer such a wide variety of treatments. With their professional social media showing instant and impressive results.

Best skin clinic I have ever been to. And I have been to quite a few!
Attention to detail and person is probably one of the best feature of this clinic. The doctor takes time and puts effort into understanding the patients needs and wishes, then discusses and advises of the best way forward, recommending on what would work best for the patient to achieve their goal, rather than advising on costly treatments that may not give the best results.
All the staff at the clinic do their upmost to help the patients whether is at treatment time or in between. Nothing seems to much to ask at SkinId! I could not recommend them more. Have been a client for nearly two years and have never been disappointed. In contrary I am more and more surprise by the service and the professionalism. And the treatment plans put in place by the doctor have taken years off my face and body. Not only you get results but you find a place with staff that you can and wish to call friends! I would award 10 stars if I could! PS look out for their special offers which come up again and again through their special events. These offers save you quite a bit of cash!

Dr Irene is a fantastic Dr. I wouldn’t go with anyone else. She even follows up how the patient is doing with a lovely personal message. Her knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding.

The team at Skin ID are always so helpful in guiding me towards the right treatment for my skin and dermatology concerns! Their advice, experience and treatments are brilliant. Highly recommend! x

Over a year ago I spent £300 for some creams. Never received the creams, I am so disappointed. They did not even care, the transaction was over the phone therefore I had no record of transaction via email. I am really upset that's a lot money, just all feels like a scam. Please don't shop here!!!

I went to see Dr Irena on seeing the results of my sister who looks amazing. Irena and her team are all very friendly and welcoming. I've not had any treatments for a while so I was keen to see what could be done for my skin as botox had always been my go to treatment. Irena went through all the options that I could consider. We looked at the photos she took together. We then had a full discussion around the areas of concern. In particular my skin has a lot of pigment spots which can be dealt with with a course of laser treatment. I had noticed these blemishes but didn't realised there would be a treatment for them. Other suggestions where made to help give me a fresher look. The options where left with me to consider in my own time.

I had a wonderful treatment with Erica on Wednesday. Erica is extremely knowledgeable and professional, she talked me through my treatment explaining what she was doing . Made me feel totally at ease . Will definitely book again .

Great advice given on how to improve skin quality and get rid of red veins. Staff super friendly and helpful and treatment worked well.
