Every time I go I have a 5* experience. The whole team are lovely and very knowledgeable. They have all the top machines and offer brilliant after care advise. They do some extremely competitive packages. I recommend this salon to all my friends.

Brilliant service at skin ID today. I arrived and staff made me feel welcome and offered refreshments. The therapists were very informative and friendly. I had a skin peel and some LED treatment to help my Ageing and mixture of acne skin. I've booked in for a package of treatments and purchased some of the products that feel and smell nice. I've used some ZO Obaji before and had fabulous results alongside treatments. I was honestly wowed by the professionalism and expertise the staff displayed and will be recommendeding to all my friends and family.

Dr Irena Daniels + her immaculate team of professionals have every tool in the tool kit to restore and replenish your face, neck….well all the way down to your bikini line, if I’m honest. I’ve had many treatments and rate their natural touch, enhancing here is done with a deft hand by a total perfectionist. Skin Id is for anyone who cringes at the idea of any obvious ‘work’ but longs for a rested, wholesome, completely sympathetic outcome from a sensitively planned treatment programme.

Dr Irena is a fantastic dermatologist and aesthetic technician, her knowledge and experience is second to none. Gorgeous clinic and staff all super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

Just had my 1st retinol peel to help with a break out and love my results, pore are tighter spots almost instantly cleared up. Have been working with Dr irena with my skin for approx 6 yrs now and always have a 10/10 experience 😀 from customer service to treatments. Highly recommended the whole team at skin id.

I recently had my third treatment of IPL laser at Skin ID, with Dr. Irena. I suffer with Rosacea on my face and Irena recommended this treatment to reduce the redness. So far I am really pleased with the results and can already notice a difference in my skin pores, texture and most importantly the area of redness I normally suffer with is reducing!!
Irena is extremely knowledgeable about skin and I felt entirely at ease as she thoroughly explained each step of the process throughout the laser treatment. The treatment itself is very quick, personally I found it painless and easy to tolerate, which is great as I do have quite sensitive skin.
There was no downtime required, post treatment, just making sure I wear my SPF 50 and avoid getting my face in the sun as much as possible.
I can't wait to see the full results once I've completed my laser treatments, but so far, so great!

Everyone here is amazing, so friendly and welcoming! Dr Irena is so knowledgable and helps to create a personalised skin care routine and treatment plan! Shannon and Amy have both done some amazing peel treatments on me and made me feel so comfortable! Would 100% recommend to anyone trying to improve their skin!

First of all, I would just like to say what a lovely Clinic Skin ID is. And how amazing Dr Irena is.
Dr Irena done a consultation with me and told me what is the best treatments for me, she was so spot on about my problems.
I will be starting laser treatments soon for my Rosacea, but In the meantime
I had an Aqua gold facial on Thursday which I absolutely loved, and the results are amazing. My complexion looks so smooth.
Irena explained everything perfectly to me , showed me everything what was going into the device which got me very excited as I knew the results would be amazing because of what she was using. I highly recommend this facial as you’ll be very pleased with the results.
Also had a Fire and ice facial with the lovely Amy which yet again with amazing results.
And so relaxing.
If you are having treatments and you want things explained to you in detail, Dr Irena is fantastic.
I travel from a Winchester to Poole to have treatments at Skin ID, that’s how great I think Dr Irena is.
I’m looking forward to my next treatment very soon.

From the moment i stepped into Skin ID, i knew i had chosen the right place to come.
Dr Irena & her lovely team are so welcoming!
I’ve wanted lip fillers for such a long time, but i just hadn’t gone through with it. Mainly because I didn’t want anyone to inject something into my lips!

Irena was fantastic, i had a consultation first to discuss what kind of look i was going for, we went through my medical history, and expectations of filler. I was given all the information i needed, and a prescription of cold sore tablets in case i get a flare up after!
Irena is super knowledgeable & I instantly felt at ease. On the day of my fillers, i was given the option to pick what kind of music i wanted to listen to, if i wanted a blanket, and i was given a stress ball & a cool device to put in my face during the process, along with numbing cream.

The whole process was great! I left with a subtitle pout & a big smile on my face!
I only had 0.5ml injected, but it’s made such a difference. I’m looking forward to going back already!!! Also, I actually had very minimal swelling after the procedure too!

Skin ID offer so many amazing treatments. It’s definitely going to become my new go-to for any skin concerns etc!!

If i could give you 10 stars, i would! :-)

I had the champagne facial at skinID. It was absolutely brilliant - they were very knowledgable and my skin felt more hydrated afterwards. It was also relaxing! I will be back next month…

I am currently having laser hair removal with Caroline and am already so thrilled with the results. I can't wait to be smooth for the summer! The clinic is modern and fresh and the team are so welcoming. Irena has chosen a wonderful team who really knows their stuff!

Irena is amazing. I was new to treatments but everything was discussed throughly and I felt completely at ease. I am so happy with the results and the clinic is such a friendly relaxing place to visit.

Love this clinic so much. Irene immediately puts you at ease and has so much advice. She gives you time to discuss all your needs and nothing is too much trouble for her; a true professional. I have recently had lazer treatment for pigmentation and thread veins. The results are amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
