They use organic pigment they were so happy with it the colour the same as the picture on the website, but you have to choose right colour to mix with other colour we are explain everything on the website if you have another ampul it’s still not open you can send it back and we will issue refund we’re always make sure to our customer happy

Terrible
Terrible. Ordered Derma stamp and 6 ampules. Never received derma stamp so the ampules are worthless. Nor was it mentioned stamps were out of stock when ordering. Nor was I told I will receive missing stamp once back in stock. If I have to reorder I have the pay the postage AGAIN!!!!

Products are great quality and good price although they had on their website not updated and not accurate information about products on sale . When asked about 50% sale I got reply that it's outdated information and products are cheaper than other sites.
