I've made two orders with Skinnydips…
I've made two orders with Skinnydips now and both times they have messed up! HOWEVER, after emailing them, they have apologised and rectified the mistakes immediately. I think some of the staff could do with a bit of retraining but on the whole, a good, reasonably priced company that I will keep using.

Placed my order and 3 days later recieved a text from DPD with my delivery time slot. I then got a call from Skinnydip saying they didn't have my items and were not in stock and the website was wrong. Not happy

Much Cheaper Prices Than The Supermarkets
Much cheaper prices than supermarkets, free delivery over £30 and very fast delivery. Also the individual items are as competitively priced as the boxed items, so it is possible to order a wide selection of flavours both multiple items of old favourites as well as individual packets of unfamiliar items to try new products. Everything always arrives very well packed. What's not to like?
For someone like me who is on a very restricted diet, this site is a Godsend and I will certainly be using this supplier again.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired
Product received flavourless, emailed about this for return/refund and was just told the product is delivered according to the courier.
Didn’t address my complaint in the slightest and have not responded further to my last email

The reply goes to show the level of customer service as the alleged response received was the one I mentioned above, your team have not read my email and assumed it was delivery related and have still yet to address the issue at hand

However when the parcel leaves our warehouse it is put on a 24hr- 48hr delivery service and left in the responsibility of the courier provider. We also give customers full tracking details to keep them updated on their order. We continually monitor our delivery service/providers to help improve going forward.
