I just want to buy the product I have selected, pay and get on with my day, all the rest of this stuff is just irritating and does not leave a favorable impression. In my opinion stop the crap!

Love SkinnyMe Chocolate. Great little dessert after dinner.

The chocolate arrived melted. I called for a replacement and was asked if I wanted to subscribe. I said, "Why would I subscribe to something that I have not be able to try? No I do not want to subscribe." She said she would send a replacement when the weather is cooler. I just received a notification from DISCOVER that I was charged $37.77 but I specifically said NO to the subscription. DISCOVER has sent this to their fraud department. I will be posting everywhere I can to warn people. They need to be arrested.

I ordered extra product in addition to the free chocolates advertised by Skinny Me and was charged by Sugarfreehelix for the product. The product was bitter and caused flatulence beyond reason in frequency and odor. Plus, I continued to receive charges in increasing amounts on my credit card with no additional product ordered or delivered. Upon calling a telephone number imbedded in the charging information, I found that I had unknowingly started paying the same charging entity, Sugarfreehelix, for a dating service, from which I got no communication or service, I have complained to BBB and to my credit card company.

So, i was online seen an ad for these skinny chocolates. I
m on keto that makes me soo vulnerable! i thought i ordered a sample of these. Then today i look at my online banking i was charged 34.99 ??? What? i called screaming at them! WHO reads small print? so they politely reversed charges and cancelled my subscription?? OMG READ SMALL PRINT TRUST NO ONE!

Total SCAM!! Chocolate sucks and the company is worse. I don't know how this "trial" is legal.

Likewise have been getting charged for chocolates that never arrived. The one "free trial" I got was a melted mess.

Total scam. They sent me a “free trial” of chocolates that was not free at all. Paid the $5 shipping, received the chocolates which have an sugar alcohol aftertaste, then was charged $35 10 days later!!!! Why you say? Oh, that’s because I didn’t cancel the “trial”. I didn’t get another bag of chocolates with the subscription, apparently it was for the “free bag” that wasn’t free at all. And I was not made aware I was going to be charged a total of $40 for a bag of 30 small crappy chocolates!!!! Only way this place makes sales is through their scammy way of conning you into it.

I fell for the scam as well, I ordered the free sample pack, and paid for shipping . Now I am being charged $34.99 for July 9th and $39.94 for July 28th, the July 9th charge was because I did not cancel the subscription before the trial period, which I did not know about,
and the July 28th charge was for the shipment that's coming. Buyers be careful.

The best non sugar chocolate I've ever had! I'm a repeat customer!

I hope they'll be adding raspberry to the milk chocolate soon as another flavor choice. Perhaps raspberry jam between chocolate?!

This company is a scam! Don't fall for their "only pay for shipping " for your first order. Before I could cancel, they charged me $80 for two small bags of marginal chocolate

I actually would not give any stars!! Customer service is horrible! I called in to cancel any further orders past the trial period and still received 3 more shipments and charges. They told me that there was not a record of my call. They would only refund for one.
I would not recommend for that reason but also for the reason that the taste is not pleasing at all.

Their customer service is terrible. I contacted them and explained that I had refused and returned their candy package unopened via the U S Postal Service. I was asked for a tracking number and when I gave it to them it was not accepted. I am still waiting to be credited with the amount of purchase. I had tried 2 pieces from the first package I was sent and it made me ill. I would NEVER buy any item from them again.

The product is great. I have never had a zero sugar chocolate that tasted like the real thing beforee I found Skinny Me.

Poor quality and 7 days they hit you up for $35! It’s poor marketing, if it was so good they wouldn’t give you a week to cancel!

When I paid the $4.99 and decided to subscribe, I did not know that my first billing would be for the initial box. I ended up paying $40 for one bag of chocolate. The box is actually a bag. It’s really not worth it. On top of all that, they didn’t even send me the correct flavor and all they could offer me was a measly discount that barely affected the cost of the monthly subscription as compensation. I ended up cancelling when I found out. For the taste. I ordered milk chocolate but they sent me dark chocolate. I don’t like dark chocolate so I gave the bag away. The recipient likes it so I guess it’s good, that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars.

Their customer service department was very nasty to me. I had asked them to cancel my service but I still keep getting the candy. CS told me they has no record of me canceling - said I probably didn't go through the proper channels. I wanted a refund on my last order but they would not do that. I wanted a refund since I was going to send their unopen product back. The gal got even nastier to me and said they would not accept the unopen product back. I will be check with the USPS tomorrow and see what the procedure is for unwanted unsolicited product.

If you do not CALL (seriously, what company doesn't provide an availability to opt-out of a subscription online?) To cancel your "free" trial within 7 days, they will charge you $34.95 for a 30count bag of "okay" tasting chocolate. It's absolutely NOT WORTH IT, don't do it!

I ordered a box of these gross chocolates because it's hard to find good sugar free chocolate, but I can't have very much sugar. Decadent they are NOT! It tastes like they burnt the chocolate when heating it. It's not just me either because friends have tried it. A handful of us agreed to each order a different flavor and we split them up so we could all try each flavor and everyone had the same off flavor.We were all very disappointed and couldn't even give them away to others because they wouldn't even swallow; after 1 bite they spit it out. Yes, they do charge you full price for the supposedly free box and they enroll you in auto ship if you don't cancel immediately. I don't think it was worth even the amount for shipping.
