Customer service doesn’t answer the phone during their normal business hours. It takes days to get a response through the app. There’s no way to talk to your doctor to discuss anything. The medicine advertised is not what comes in the mail.

I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with SkinnyRx. I initially chose the oral medication option, but unfortunately I couldn’t tolerate it. Despite this, I was still charged for the medication.
In total, I only used the medication for about 2 months, yet I was billed for a full 6-month supply. To make matters worse, they later attempted to charge my card again for another 6 months without my authorization.
When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. No flexibility, no accountability, and no effort to make things right.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on their billing practices and lack of customer support.
