From the moment I made contact with skin southwest I felt reassured and knew I had made a good choice. I made contact with Dr Pradnya regarding botox to manage muscle spasm and pain. I had tried many things in the past and thought that this might be one that I just tick off my list as 'tried but did not help' thankfully this was not the case.
Dr Pradnya took time and listened to my past struggles and what I wanted to achieve, she came up with a bespoke treatment for me. On my first visit she took a detailed health check and talked me through exactly what she would be doing.
Dr Pradnya kept in contact with me and we arranged a follow-up about 4 to 6 weeks after my first treatment. I can not praise Dr Pradnya enough she has absolutely helped me get a better quality of life.
I would recommend Dr Pradnya to anyone that is, like me having issues with muscle spasm or anything out of the ordinary, it really is incredible how this treatment can be used for medical conditions to.

I was not sure what treatment will be suitable for my skin concerns. I have severe cystic acne and also scarring from post pimples. Kayla talk me through what options she would recommend. I was not pressured at all to purchase any treatment or products. She made me understand my skin and what I need to do to help improve my skin alongside treatment.The atmosphere was very friendly and Kayla was very professional and informative. I had been considering getting lip fillers for a few years and so decided to book a consultation with Dr. Pradnya. I was very nervous as had never had any cosmetic work done before and was particularly anxious about side-effects/pain. Brilliant Endymed treatment!
I started my Endymed journey in March 2019 and haven't looked back. Following an initial course of 6 I now visit for top ups every three months. I have noticed such a difference in the tightness of my skin, the lines are much finer and it is simply glowing. I cannot recommend the treatment and the Skin Southwest team highly enough. So knowledgeable and professional, wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks Dr Pradnya, Kayla and the team.

Overall such a good experience with Dr Pradnya. It was my first ever cosmetic procedure but I was made to be very informed, reassured and relaxed. I had very unsymmetric lips which was a big insecurity of mine. Using lip filler Dr Pradnya managed to correct this and make them symmetrical whilst giving them a full but natural look. I now feel a lot more confident. She also gave me a check up appointment to ensure I was happy with the results.

I recently had lip treatment at Skin southwest and would highly recommend them. I was very nervous about this treatment as wanted a very subtle look, and this is exactly what I received. I would have further treatment with Dr Pradnya as feel she is a highly skilled professional.

Lovely doctor and clinic.
This was my second time of having Botox, first time at this clinic.
The last clinic I went to charged a fortune for Botox and I was pleased that the price this time was much more reasonable.
The results were great, really natural, quite striking to see the before and after photos and the difference it made.
I am re- booked to go back and would recommend the clinic to anyone.

I've never liked photos of myself, avoiding cameras, always feeling self conscious about my jaw looking over large and asymetric. A friend suggested I meet Dr Pradnya about this issue as I could get help. In all honesty, it's been wonderful to finally understand why my jaw looked as it did and to know I could be helped.
Dr Pradnya immediately recognised my issue, Masster Dystrophy - over developed jaw muscles and treated this with Botox. Virtually pain free injections, over in a few minutes and over the next few weeks, the muscle size has reduced noticibly. Dr Pradnya's skills, reassurance, kindness and enthusiasm have supported me throughout and the results are amazing! My jaw no longer looks over large and uneven, and I'm delighted. It's so lovely to be free! No more cringing at photos, no more running away from cameras.... Heartfelt thanks to Dr Pradnya and Skin Southwest.

Following a recommendation, I went to Skin Southwest for IPL treatment and was really pleased when the initial patch test actually resolved my issue!
All the staff that I encountered were friendly and approachable.
Kayla was my aesthetician and couldn't have been more helpful, explaining my options and about the procedure itself; hence coming back for help with pigmentation issues.
I'd recommend Kayla (and the team as a whole) especially for those who, like me, find this a rather daunting new area to explore.

Kayla is great, I visited Skin Southwest for a blackhead treatment and my skin is much clearer since my fist visit. I have also been given ongoing preventative treatment for blackheads which is top notch. Would recommend to anyone!

I could honestly cry at how happy I am with my results with Dr Pradnya Apte at Skin Southwest. For the first time in 20 years I can look in the mirror without make up on and be truly happy with what I see, this is entirely thanks to her work! And to top it her work is flawless and the results are so natural looking which is exactly what I wanted! I had one ml lip filler and it’s made a huge difference to my face and my confidence yet still done so naturally no one would think i’d had anything done. I feel like a massive weight i’ve carried for such a long time has been lifted. To only wear lip balm on my lips is a dream come true instead of obsessively wearing make up, lipliner, lipsticks etc and hiding myself. I’m also a massive wimp but the treatment is actually so comfortable thanks to her methods in minimising discomfort and also such a wonderful person she really eases my anxiety. My experience with treating my gummy smile here in Exeter has been extremely pleasing. I had struggled with getting this treatment many times before with doctors being unsuccessful in treating it due to how particularly extreme my case is. Previous doctors therefore ran out of patience to fix my issue. But Dr Pradnya has been extremely patient welcoming me several times and repeating injections free of charge until we got a great improvement in my smile!! I feel so much more confident when smiling and laughing now! I highly recommend visiting if you’ve been struggling with a difficult issue as the Dr loves a challenge!

I visited Skin South West for the first time in late January after a recommendation, and instantly felt comfortable talking through my concerns with Dr Pradnya. I found her to be friendly, honest, incredibly knowledgable and straight talking, which is what I was hoping for having had entirely different experiences previously.

Based on my concerns and age, (49) the treatments she recommended were Botox, Ellanse and Profhilo. I can honestly say I am 'over the moon' with the results so far (I am 7 weeks in from my initial procedure)....the changes in my appearance look natural but are already so noticeable and my ageing tired face seems to have gone into reverse! My confidence and self esteem has improved and I can't wait for the end results.
