Pros
- Seamless transactions
- Trades are fast and correct
- Great selection of items
Cons
Lack of features such as:
- Group buy on market (CN)
I would appreciate "add to cart" button, simply let me add multiple items to cart and then I can pay for them all at once. You could still process the transaction one by one and then send me all the trade offers.
- Inspect skin option
To view the skin in game I have to go to other site and find the skin by float.
- Disappearing items
The items listing can sometimes disappear. and then suddenly appear after few minutes.
Overall the site is usable and has good potencial. After using the site for few days I already experience some good changes, such as simpler menu and adding pattern info/search.

From topping up of account (using crypto) to buying/trading of skins (P2P or instant), is pretty seamless with minimum effort needed. Price wise, slightly cheaper than steam market.

I made a deposit in order to buy an item that was held in an "under review" state. customer service said my deposit needed to be reviewed by an admin and would be usable very soon. I heard no update and was unable to use my money for 24hrs, and by that time the item I had deposited the money to buy had sold.
Edit:
After using the site more, I've realized some other problems. My original deposit took just under 24 hours to be approved (feb 25 11:52PM-feb 26 10:33PM) and I needed to send in some KYC stuff, like my ID and a video of me.) After doing KYC any other deposit is still held, but only for 10min-2hrs instead of a full day. I would not have any issues with depositing if there was a pop up on the website explaining KYC requirements before I tried to deposit, but as it stands, they get to hold my money for however long they like until I submit a KYC that I wasn't told about until after they have my money.
The other main issue I have with this site is that compared to CSFLOAT or other sites, when you buy a skin it is very likely to get canceled due to a site error. I have bought 5 or so skins from the site, and each time I buy one, the trade almost always fails and the item relisted. Ive got through the process of buying and rebuying the same item 2-3 times before the trade doesn't fail. If you want an item you need to sit there watching your trasaction history refresh until the trade gets canceled and the item relisted or the trade offer comes. Customer support told me this is due to a error with the trade creation process in the site and was not due to sellers canceling the trade.
This issue is very frustrating when trying to find a good deal/float on an item as you cannot create buy orders. So far I have tried to snipe multiple items that are listed with a decent float, but since it is very likely the trade will not go through, I dont end up getting them even though I bought them. or I make a purchase and play a game, only to find out that the trade failed and the item sold to someone else. very frustrating when I spend hours waiting for a decent listing to post
deposit fees are also around 3.5% which is a bit steep but I wouldn't have an issue with this if the site was functioning. I havent used the trade feature or selling features so I cant comment on that. I think the "+40%" deposit thing is a little manipulative and confusing as on some parts of the site you see your balance with the +40% and some parts you see it without the +40%, and the parts of the site that show the +40% balance also have skins listed for 40% more. These are minor complaints compaired to the other ones though and I wouldn't mind them if I could actually use the site

I tried to trade an AWP Redline WW for a Galil Rainbow Spoon MW at 58bucks (very good price, i know) and a mp9 Tri-Tone mw. They got my skin, sent the mp9 but "failed to transfer" the galil and gave me balance on their site which I couldn't use to buy another similar galil (MW). Their customer support is terrible and claimed that all trades are final and there's nothing they can do.
Besides this issue, they promised a free skin as well, which they "failed" to deliver.
Very scammy site, I'd recommend you all to avoid it.

it was awful the site says u get a ≈50$ skin as a gift with the first trade u complete. Guess what u dont get anything and they make u add at least 10$ on top for up to a one dollar skin. Scammers dont trade with this site.

They were very quick; they had a problem with a cheap skin and refunded my money instantly. Everything else was very fast and immediate.

I love the Chinese market section. one thing I don't like is you can't batch buy stickers.
