The Oakville team is accommodating, friendly and professional.

All staff I met with during my appointment, were kind, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. The location was extremely clean, modern and welcoming and the treatments provided were done accurately and professionally.

The experience at this place was really poor. They have very little respect for patient's time and preferences. Every time I had an appointment and requestes not to be booked with one particular technician, I always ended up being booked with her. On top of that I had 13 sessions of laser hair removal and the reaults wer suboptimal. I still have a lot of hair and I am not from a thick hair ethnicityn yeg the 13 sessions were not enough for me, not even for my toes.. I always felt like they were not using the right "strength" because I never felt anything and even after questioning it, nothing changed!

My experience at the clinic was good for the micro needling I was given. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is due to the fact the appointment was booked with a marketing company. They kept calling and texting me and offering special offers with different consultants and I would try to reach the same one but did not succeed. When I finally booked I was under the impression that this was for exosomes microneedling so I was disappointed to find out it was with hyloronic acid when I arrived. Not the staffs fault. The marketing is very aggressive and somewhat confusing.

For the services I need, I honestly cannot go to any other place. I simply trust them. They stand by their products and procedures with graceful professionalism and discretion.
They also provide pre and post care instructions which are easy to follow and are there if you ever need them for concerns you may have. Even if it is for pre-treatment "jitters" or for additional advice.

This is second micro needling I have had done at Skin Vitality . The esthetician was very informative & helpful with the after care as well.

Excellent service

I have been getting Botox done for the last two years at Skin Vitality in Mississauga. The experience was great and the injectors have always been very knowledgeable and do their best to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. I also find that my face looks great after a few days and they provide great information on post treatment instructions. Will definitely come back for future services.
