I had a pleasure of meeting Mieke and reconnect to Nicole (the nurse who did my botox injections). It was a follow up appointment after two weeks from the intial injection time- it was done natural and they never enforce/oversell anything that isn't necessary. I really appreciate that they understand individual anatomy and doesn't recommend unncessary treatments. I also asked some questions to Mieke about micro needling and got my questions answered. I will definitely be back for botox or microneedling treatments to address some skin concerns of mine. Thanks ladies. Also receptionist is very kind. I appreciate their honesty and what I will benefit or not benefit from the services. Thank you ladies !

I just recently had my crown done and spent the 375$ and it made no difference . I honestly think it’s a scam. I had my lips done there as well just recently and spent 375 as well and it lasted a day . I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Ashly my aesthetician is very professional and very knowledgeable, nice. Place is clean. Staf very friendly. My only complaint is or suggestion : t should get some samples of products to take home as care for home. Dorota

Amazing communication and super friendly from the front desk to the treatment. I’ve been to other locations and this by far has been a standout!

I had CoolSculpting treatments at Skin Vitality (St. Catharines location) in September 2025. Despite completing the recommended sessions and following all instructions, I did not see any improvement in my abdomen. In my case, my abdomen appeared worse after the treatment.

I financed the procedure, and the ongoing monthly payments have been very stressful, especially given the outcome.

When I raised my concerns, I did not feel I was treated in a supportive or respectful manner compared to my initial consultation experience.

I have raised my concerns with the clinic and through official complaint channels, but I have not received a resolution that addresses my situation.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this treatment without careful consideration.

I’ve been going to the St Catherine’s location for four years and never had a negative experience. I never felt pressured even slightly. I’ve had Botox and filler and next month Sculptra. Canada standards are equal or better than the US.

I made an appointment to get lip filler for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Everyone in the office was super friendly and welcoming and they made sure their clients are the top priority. Before Nurse Nicole did my filler, Andrea informed me of all the options that I had for filler and what their longevity is. This made me feel super comfortable about getting things done and it made my decision a lot easier. Nurse Nicole was an absolute sweetheart and made sure I was comfy and when I started to feel faint during the procedure she got me ice packs and apple juice, which was so nice of her. Overall I would highly recommend Skin Vitality to anyone who’s wanting lip filler. I can’t wait until my next appointment!
