I have been visiting Skinviva for the past 5 years. The entire team are professional super friendly. Dr. Aimee is amazing and a BIG shout out to Claire on reception, she is the heart and soul of the clinic, makes every visit a joy.

I've just completed the foundation course for Botox and Derma Fillers. From the day of booking I was contacted and provided with an array of various course material. The training day was excellent and had lots of "hands on" experience with live models. Sharryn was so knowledgeable and her expertise clearly demonstrated throughout the training. Will definitely be booking onto more training in the future. Thank You SkinViva!

I have left a review about my bad experience at this clinic and it has been removed. The same happened with my Google reviews. I have been in touch with them through emails and their response was ambigous and not helpful.

The treatment I had was fillers when I didn't need them. After some of the fillers migrated, I was advised to have them disolved. Biggest mistake because hyaluronidase induced an autoimune reaction which I have been trying to heal for years. My whole body has been affected and my whole life as a consequence. Many women have these symptoms, but they are brushed under the carpet. I still have filler in my face that has migrated and looks lumpy even if I was told it will disolve in 18 months. So many lies!
I wonder if after hearing about these risks, Skin Viva is informing their patients (or should I say clients).
My review is to raise awareness about the dangers of fillers and hyaluronidase.

Dr Aimee Moss at Skinviva is an exceptional professional. I had a bad reaction to a treatment I had done in another country (nothing wrong with the treatment, but my immune system reacted to hyaluronic acid filler three months later), and when no other clinic would agree to help me, Dr Aimee Moss not only opened the door for me, but treated the problem with the utmost care, professionalism, and compassion. The treatment took two sessions and solved the problem. I am so grateful I cannot express it in words. Everyone at Skinviva was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!!!

Having never had any cosmetic procedures before at the ripe old age of 40, I was a little bit nervous prior to my appointment. I picked SkinViva based on the reviews and the great payment options they offer. I wasn’t disappointed, I knew I was in the right place as soon as I walked in.

I was greeted, made to feel very welcome & comfortable… and made a lovely coffee by Zan while I filled out my forms :)

Sharryn is fantastic and a genuinely lovely person, she chatted to me throughout my Botox treatment and put me at ease, I am really looking forward to seeing my results in a few days and my next visit.

I've done three course so far with Skinviva and each one has been an exceptional experience. The communication from the admin team is excellent. The pre-course and course material is very detailed and current. The trainers are really knowledgeable and have their own practices so their training and advice is extremely helpful. The course organisation and planning is thorough and the amount of models you get to work on each day is way beyond anything I've had before. There's so much opportunity to have a go at all the procedures on the course, not just once, but several times, so you feel confident to use your new skills in your own practice. I come away exhausted as there are so many models to work on throughout the day. It really is brilliant and every course I have been on with SkinViva, is the same. Brilliant experience as a model today through SkinViva training programme. Great instructor and lovely students who were really all committed to not only learning but ensuring I as a patient was safe and satisfied. My cheeks look great and I would highly recommend.

Poor follow up and general lack of patient care. More concerned with their reputation and legalities with very little room to complain as you sign all this away with their robust paperwork. Won’t use them again as there’s so much choice out there.

Dr Aimee is fabulous she advised me exactly what filler would look great and help me achieve the plump but natural look 5/5 stars deffo recommend

Skinviva offer a professional service. The advice regarding treatments is clear without pressure. All the staff are friendly and they answer all the questions you have.

First treatment at Skin viva, I was so nervous. Nurse Leanne was great, put me at ease and explained all my options thoroughly. No pressure at all. I'm glad I chose Skin viva, happy with my treatment and aftercare. Definitely recommend.

Aesthetic Practitioner Leanne was absolutely brilliant, professional, friendly and reassuring,, I had a thorough consultation , we talked about treatments and what I wanted to achieve .Leanne answered all my questions. This gave me all the info I needed and I was happy to have the treatment today!
I’m very pleased with the instant results which will only improve.
The aftercare was discussed and leaflet given. Will definitely be using again in the future. Thank you for a positive experience .

I had my first treatment today with Dr Amy who was so lovely and very professional. I absolutely love the result. She was patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. The rest of the staff on reception were also very kind and helped ease my nerves as a first-timer. Thank you so much to all the staff there today. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
