The company damaged the manhole cover and its frame while offloading the skip in front of my property on 14 August 24.
Despite all my efforts including emails and phone calls, the company has not adequately responded to my inquiries.
What surprised me the most was the attitude of their staff members. The driver damaged the stuff and was reluctant to take any responsibility.
I phoned the company, one of their staff member answered and introduced herself as Jouna. Jouna was absolutely unprofessional and rude with me. I said can I talk to your boss, she said I am boss and refused to provide me her full name.
Disgusted and totally disappointed with this company and attitude of their staff member.
