The took my money and just never…

The took my money and just never delivered all the items I ordered. How I'm waiting over 3 weeks for them to process my request to either get refunded or just deliver the item I ordered. My order number is RHBEAICNY and it says swaying Customer Response which I have given. They are thieves who just steal your money and don't deliver, please be very very cautious.

It is better to avoid shopping in this store. Check all items with the delivery man!

I ordered several items from the store. When the parcel arrived, one item was missing (Safra shoe rack). Everything was packed securely, so it can't be the fault of the shipping company.
Sofa Jehrd from my order had legs in golden colour instead of black.
There is no communication with the store, there is no support service. I filled out a special form on the store's website stating that one item is missing, but there was no response. My order is PNEJMTBOG.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. Although it was clearly mentioned in the website that the goods I bought were on stock, it took them far longer than announced to proceed with the shipping.

The two pieces of furniture - not cheap at all - that I purchased were damaged, in several points and in several ways (none of them due to problems during delivery) and even if they weren't wuality is lousy. For example, it's a nighthmare to open/close the drawers.

What wrong with you?

Hello! I still don't know what happened with my order.
1. 5.05.23 - I picked the items with the shortest delivery period (all 3-4 days - not "working days", just "days" according to your website)
2. 9.05.23 - First message from them and last apologize for delay (+ 4-5 days)
3. 14.05.23 - Nothing, tried to call, nobody speaks English
4. 18.05.23 - Silence. After hundreds of message and calls I learned that the table out of stock. Finally.
5. 19.05.23. They needed 1 full workday to delete 1 piece from my order. Ok.
6. 22.05.23. Still nothing. Tried to call. 1/10 time you could hope that someone speaks english.
7. 23.05.23. I was happy to know that bedsides table is out of stock now. What's next? I agreed delete it from my order, but THEY CANCEL ALL MY ORDER. Why? Just "because". Press the right button is too complicated.
8. 24.05.23. Message from them about successful payment. Payment for what? Did they cancel my order or not? When it will be delivered? Nobody knows. Nobody answered.

The worst shopping experience of my life - AVOID Sklum at all costs!

I recently ordered a marble table from Sklum, and I am beyond disappointed with their service and product quality. When I received the table, the marble was cracked in half, rendering the table completely unusable.

Upon contacting their customer service, the response times were absolutely intolerable. It was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to address my concerns. Even worse, nobody has come to pick up the damaged table, and I have been left with this eyesore in my home.

After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally managed to speak to someone over the phone. Shockingly, they accused me of breaking the table myself. I couldn't believe their audacity, considering I received the table in this condition!

This has been, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience of my life. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Sklum to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and disappointment.

Moreover, there is an active Facebook community with over 2000 dissatisfied customers, sharing similar horror stories about their experiences with Sklum. This just goes to show that my experience is not an isolated incident.

In summary, I cannot stress enough: DO NOT buy from Sklum.

POOR PRODUCTS AND A USELESS COMPANY SERVICE

I bought from this company a pair of chairs with 3 legs.The designer is a fool they are completely unstable.On the first day my wife toppled over and broke her shoulder.
In the first instance one of the chairs was damaged when we received it.A replacement was sent but apparently because 14 days had expired before we sat on them SKLUM would not accept them for a refund.
So to sum up-a useless product sold by useless company-don’t buy from them

No assistence in English, lie about delivery time

No assistence in English, they don't explain how many days it takes to validate or ship the order, customer service is only 8 to 13h and no information on how the shipping is going to be tracked. It's absolutely ridiculous. The website said 3-4 days shipping, my ass. I have been at home for 12 days now waiting on their delivery. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here, they lie about delivery and can't help you if your Portuguese isn't fluent.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Delivery was to be made at the street level (without notice) and had to pay an extra to the worker so he would go up with a couch. Then when assembling, found a defect on a couch leg which immediately photographed it and sent to sklum - to which they replied they couldn't do anything. For all this, at least a compensation was expected.

NEVER AGAIN

I've order a sofa, paid for a 72h delivery and I'm waiting over a month. I tried to called them and the people on customer service are very rude – don't let me talk, tell me to fill a form etc, so the phone call is completely useless. Why do they have customer service if doesn't solve nothing? I want to reach someone responsible for this customer service asap otherwise I need to take care of this situation on my terms. Also I asked for sklum service to deliver at my apartment door (not my building door), to compensate all this situation. Again, they were very rude. I hope sklum give me a call or email me asap. Thanks. You've lost a potencial professional client. And this doesn't end here.

Damaged products! Bad service.

I have just received the majority of my order after waiting an incredibly long time for delivery. I have only received 2 out of the 4 dining chairs that I ordered, nobody told me the other 2 would arrive later??! 1 of the dining chairs is damaged. I also received a dining table which is also damaged. I am happy to keep the dining table as I can sand out the scratches however the company should take some accountability and issue me with a partial refund. As of now, they have taken no responsibilty for anything - not the items being late, not the partial shipments even though the items in question were in stock when I placed my order, not even the fact that two items arrived damaged. This really has been a disaster from start to finish. I spent quite a lot of money with SKLUM and I expect to be treated better than this.

My order number is HSFUPOACA if you'd like to look into where my missing items are and also issue a partial refund for the scratched table. I sent photos to you via facebook messenger.

UPDATE: I have now received all 4 dining chairs and 3 out of 4 are faulty. I can say in SKLUMS defence that I have received an email today offering me a partial refund which is amazing considering the bad service I have received throughout the order process.
