After a negative review skroutz deleted and put under the carpet my comments which were justified. Skroutz is blatantly protecting its assets and does not care about customer service as much.

I waited home all day for my delivery. The driver never showed up, and I received a "re-route" message claiming a delivery had been attempted — it hadn't.
The next day I tracked the delivery live on my phone and stood right in front of my gate at the expected time. I watched the driver pull up in a white van, sit in the vehicle for about a minute without ever getting out, and then drive off. I waved and called out — I was clearly visible and available — but he made no attempt to deliver. Minutes later I got another "re-route" message.
Two failed deliveries in a row, the second one with the driver physically present and simply choosing not to deliver. A single mistake I could overlook, but this pattern is unacceptable, and the false "attempted delivery" notifications make it worse.
If you're relying on this service for anything time-sensitive, be cautious. Track your delivery if you can, and don't assume a "re-route" message means anyone actually tried.

Skroutz is fast .if something dont work whit the eshops they work whit they pay me back and on time i buy from skroutz many years and no broblems and if you are plus+ member you get free shipping and bunos and i buy expensive stuff and i am secure if something goes bad

the info on the site was misleading as it gave the impression that it was two pots, x2, whereas x2 refered to each pot having in internal pot with drainer. very very disappointed

The worst.They make me wait hole day for a package and they never come.They send me a message saying they will come in 5 minutes and after 5 minutes said the owner was not answering.Never called to the door or phone.Probably the person who was in charge with the deliveries was very bored to come .I called to the office and they proposed to deliver another day, to lose another day because a guy doesn’t make his job.Very disappointed, I will never order from now on and that’s why i avoided to order till now.If i could i would give O stars!!!!!

Multiple order cancellations. Even though I bought at a high-volume store, I received refund notices a few days later due to product out-of-stock status. Unprofessional service.

First of all, I found a product that I wanted very much and couldn't find anywhere!
Then, the delivery was very fast (about 3 workdays).
And last, but not least, they were very supportive about a product which presented an issue and resolved it very fast.

I bought a milk frother from Skroutz that broke. The entire handling of the complaint reminded me of the now-bankrupt Belgian airline SABENA. Colloquially, the name supposedly stood for Such A Bloody Experience Never Again.
